El supuesto desayuno consiste en una taza de cafe pequña sin complementos
1 pz de pan
Y un plato de fruta
Que es 1/2 platano y 2 rebanadas de papaya
O te hacen pagar un buffet que también es malo

Este hotel cuenta con una atención bastante esmerada y cordial, las habitaciones pequeñas pero con lo necesario, es un hotel prácticamente de negocios, su restaurante si bien no es muy bueno destacó la buena atención

Did not like getting small amount of toilet paper and having to ask once or twice a day. WiFi was hacked and then not usable because my phone rejected it after being hacked while sleeping. Passwords were not unique, just the room numbers. No hot water unless asking for then they turn on boiler! Room was very nice and clean.

I don't know how this place has good reviews.
Customer service is the worst ever. Lady at the front desk on monday nights is so rude and unprofessional.
She said she didn't know if breakfast was included but when I asked her who I can ask to about it, she threw a ticket at me for an "american" breakfast.
Hot water? After wasting a lot of water in the shower you discover there is no hot water. You have to call for them to turn it on! And then you have to wait for 15 mins!
I will never stay here again.
