Vila Galé Alagoas

Our travel was lovely throughout. The facilities, food, location, cleanliness and general aura of the place is second to none. All of the staff are extremely helpful and there isn’t anything that they won’t do if they can (even accommodating my lack of Portuguese). I cannot say that I have seen a family of staff work together so hard to upkeep the excellent standard of this complex- everyone works around the clock to maintain this place and ensure you have the best time with your loved ones. Also Denis is a great representation of the company and a great photographer if the complex photographer isn’t available. The food is exquisite with both regional, oriental and world cuisine available- foods such a tapioca, pasta and obviously Brazilian BBQ are cooked fresh as you would like it. The housekeepers are excellent and for when you want to get out to the pool early in a rush you come back to a bedroom that looks like the first time you stepped in there. We bumped in them a couple of times and they were bubbly friendly souls. The effort they make with the entertainment from the pool activities, DJs, pianist etc are the small touches that make hell of a difference to an experience. Overall we cannot thank Vila Galé enough for our experience it was truly amazing and a great way to finalise our trip to Brazil 🇧🇷 from the UK 🇬🇧. We will certainly be back!
