This property is one of a kind! The house is tucked away amongst 20+ acres and has 1,000 feet of sand frontage on Middle Eau Claire Lake. Middle Eau Claire offers trophy fishing, recreation, and water clarity that is second to none. The house offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and great for two families. Enjoy family game nights in the ping pong room, coffee in the porch over looking the lake, al fresco dining, and fishing off the two docks! The shoreline has a hard sand bottom that offers great swimming for all ages! There is a nicely landscaped walk-way to the water's edge, where you will find sitting areas and fire pit. The house offers two primary bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with ensuite bathrooms. There is another bedroom with queen and twin bunk bed and a den with two XL twin beds with a full bathroom conveniently located between them. There is also a pull out couch in the large living room with size double mattress(fine for kids), a queen air mattress and crib. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms.Barrel Sauna overlooking the wetland! Docks with seating and stairs for easy swimming, fishing, and boating. Sandy beach area. Miles of paved walking and biking off the property. Hayward is a short 25 minute drive. Cable is 35 minutes. Jim's Bait and the Cabin Store are a 5 minute drive to grab essentials. Check out the ice cream shop in Gordon and supper clubs in Barnes and Iron River. Duluth, Bayfield and the Apostle Islands are fun day trips. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, including children ages 4 years and older based on the size of our septic system and Bayfield County regulations.
