在塞倫蓋蒂茫茫酒店營地中我找到這家，在沒有一條評論的情況下（衹有外網的評價）我選擇了這家，營地本身沒有問題，但是與營地集團的前期溝通堪稱前所未有的挑戰，原因1，酒店的流程規則有些複雜；2，語言思路時差或許還有些不信任感造成溝通障礙；3，攜程的客服可以説是雪上加霜，與酒店代理之間溝通不暢、客服走馬燈似的更換，我一次次敍述、解釋、等待、然後無果，然後還是要自己解決…而且展示的酒店照片裏有些根本不是這個營地的…扣一分真的是我很客氣了

Location affascinante e emozionale, Ospitalità esemplare, staff gentile, preparato e sempre disponibile. Qualità eccellente. Abbiamo alloggiato in Savana con tutti i servizi e confort di un 5 stelle nella suite n. 14. Il passaggio di giraffe elefanti e ippopotami ha allietato le nostre notti

Stayed Ole Serai for 2 nights and it was one of the best experiences we've had. The camp is located on a hill overlooking the serengeti. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay even more thanks to the amazing service and hospitality of everyone that worked there. Our housekeeper, Dora, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. She would keep our beds warm at night by placing hot water bottles under the blankets and kept our room tidy and well kept while we were out all day on game drives. The food served at the hotel and lunch boxes was really good. Tasted like really well cooked home food made with love. The staff made us feel like we were at home and part of the family. Highly recommend staying at this camp.

Staying here felt like being welcomed into a family. The food was absolutely incredible, and as a special touch, they even prepared a cake and sang a send-off song when we left – such a memorable and heartwarming experience! I have to say, this was the coolest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It was a beautifully structured, sturdy canvas tent that blended comfort with adventure. At night, we could hear lions, hippos, and buffalo while feeling perfectly warm and safe in the most comfortable beds. Honestly, if their breakfast wasn’t so good, I probably would have slept in until noon every day. But this wasn’t just a tent – it was glamping taken to another level. It was a full hotel room, just with canvas walls that brought you closer to nature in the best way possible. The overall experience exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious and had plenty of options, which was a huge plus as a vegetarian. I loved talking with the staff who told me all about the animals they saw wandering the camp the night before (what I thought was a buffalo was actually a hippo!) I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return!

The energy, charm and beauty, all captured in this magical place. You can even hear wild animals behind the tent, we had an amazing experience with a giraffe coming near by tent in the morning:) Super friendly staff, a big shout out to Stanley, my African “brother” for taking care of us❤️ We have only beautiful memories. Wonderful and stunning Lodge with view of elephants! We stayed there in January and enjoyed the very romantic, big and clean tents! The whole Lodge is lovely designed in the middle of the NP,. it also has a fire place and a nice dining room. In daytime you can see zebras and elephants very close to your tent, a unique experience. The stuff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you feel always safe. The food was very nice, we could also choose for African food (chapati, Ugali), which we can really recommend! We did a tour to Serengeti NP, where you can spot cheetah, lions and elephants….just to name a few. All in all: very recommendable lodge!

Stayed here for 2 nights with absolutely no complaints. Nice sized private tents, good beds, hot water showers, working toilet right in your tent all made for a very comfortable stay. They also have good wifi in your tent. The wonderful staff, friendly bartenders and excellent restaurant made Ole Serai one of my fave camps on our safari. It's absolutely amazing watching the giraffes and elephants roam just feet from your tent porch.

This is an incredible tent hotel! It is so well run by Patrick who has the best attitude which is evident in his staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful that your every wish is granted. They celebrated my 27 yr old daughter’s birthday with a rousing conga line sung in Swahili. Do yourself a favor and go there if you plan to be in the Serengeti. Shout out to Anthony, Rebecca, Vase, the kitchen staff and security. Beautiful people! You guys are a treasure❤️

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Ole Serai Tented Lodge. It has a great location in the middle of Serengeti- no fences and near a water body which means that all kinds of animals are walking around all night! We heard Lions and Hippos a few nights roaring and grunting - what an amazing experience! I would.classify this as glamping accommodations. Our tents had a bathroom with hot water, comfortable bed and wi-fi! There is a tented lounge area and bar and also a separate tented big dining room. The service staff led by Pascale and Phillipe were very friendly and attentive and kept the drinks and food flowing! We had a few vegetarians in our family and they went out of their way to have extra veggie options. We celebrated New Years with singing, dancing and drinking with the staff!
