Home dignitoso di un hotel di alta qualità. Equipe di accoglienza molto professionale, come tutti i membri del personale di questo hotel che non esitare a classificare come migliore Ibis Styles frequentato negli ultimi anni. Certo, è un hotel molto recente, ma si può facilmente constatare che è stato progettato con attrezzature e materiali di qualità molto buona. La decorazione (sala, bar, ristorante, camere) realizzata con gusto senza dimenticare l'aspetto confortevole che alcuni architetti dimenticano nella progettazione di alcuni hotel. Il servizio è anche molto professionale e coraggioso sia al bar, al ristorante e al colazione. Il ristorante (italieno) offre vari e qualitativi metti. Si sentono volentieri soddisfare e fare bene. Bella piccola mappa dei vini. Grazie speciali al manager Eliott. Il colazione offerto è anche molto vario e ricco (che cambia il tradizionale colazione standard e povero degli hotel Ibis in Francia). Le camere sono ben attrezzate e ben decorate. L'hotel si trova di fronte alla sala omnisport e concerti di Ahoy. Parcheggio a pagamento giocando l'hotel. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metropolitana Zuidplein che ti permette di raggiungere la stazione di Rotterdam Central in pochi più di 10 minuti e l'iper centro di Rotterdam in 5 minuti. In conclusione, anche se abbiamo la possibilità di visitare hotel premium, io qualificarò IBIS Styles Ahoy come uno dei migliori hotel visitati da 25 anni nel gruppo Accor. Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

Il colazione è davvero qualcosa da sottolineare a un prezzo così ragionevole per questo soggiorno. Un bicchiere di Prosecco per iniziare la mattina è qualcosa di super bello. La stanza è un po 'piccola, e solo abbastanza buono per due bagagli aperti sul pavimento. Ho dormito molto bene con conforto su quel letto, che sembra un po'piccola nella foto:-P. La posizione è molto buona e potrei prendere la linea di metropolitana E direttamente a De Rotterdam, Central Station e La Haga!

Ci è voluto più di un'ora per ottenere una stanza dall'ispezione. La prima stanza non aveva WiFi, quindi mi hanno mandato in un'altra stanza (non mi hanno aiutato a spostare il mio bagaglio e ho passato 25 trappole intorno cercando di trovare le mie stanze) - dopo aver spostato la stanza - non aveva ancora WiFi e la chiave non funzionava. Questo hotel sembra un posto divertente per stare - ma è terribile. Sono qui per un'ora - apparentemente qualcuno sarà giù per aiutare. Non posso sballare come mi aspetto di essere trasferito di nuovo (e non riceverai aiuto). Sono appena stati chiamati e mi hanno chiesto di andare in un'altra parte della nave...dove c'è WiFi...Credo che ci arrenderemo a essere autorizzati a lavorare nella mia stanza.

Albergo perfetto. Stavo già lì e ho deciso di restare un'altra notte. Non avevo mai utilizzato Trip.com per effettuare prenotazioni alberghiere. È stata la mia prima e ultima esperienza. Ho effettuato la prenotazione e la tariffa giornaliera è stata addebitata direttamente sulla mia carta di credito (nonostante avessi scelto l'opzione di pagamento in struttura). Al momento del check-in per quella notte in hotel, sono stato informato che avrei dovuto effettuare il pagamento. Ho sostenuto che era già stato addebitato da Trip.com ma non hanno confermato il pagamento. In breve, ho dovuto pagare di nuovo l'hosting. Poi ho dato un'occhiata a reclameaqui.com e ho visto che ci sono un'infinità di lamentele riguardo allo stesso modus operandi. Ho inviato un messaggio a Trip.com ma non hanno risposto. Brutta esperienza con Trip.com. Non utilizzerò mai più questo servizio.

Molto centrale. Proprio in centro vicino al municipio, ma la stanza era ben isolata / nessun rumore dall'esterno. Anche la ”camera base” è molto ordinata, modernamente attrezzata, buoni letti, diversi cuscini. Colazione adeguata ma molto standard. Il caffè è delizioso.

VERY NOISY ROOMS!!!!!! 2nd floor for which you pay 197 euros with breakfast. Normally we don't have this when we stay in a hotel. We could literally hear the neighbor on the phone and woke up to the kids staying in their room across the hall. If someone says something in the hallway, it's as if they're in your room. In fact, I wouldn't walk in the hallway with your children, because there are also sounds that you hear very loudly that you actually don't want to hear. The location is beautiful and it is nice that you can check out later, the restaurant staff is very friendly. The manager (she said she was, but she wasn't) at the front desk, on the other hand, doesn't understand what customer service means. We asked if we could get a quieter room and got a whole story about how much money an upgrade would cost her. She said that we might be able to go to the suite, but we had to pay for it and it would not be available the next day, while we could simply book it online the next day. I don't like it when people lie flat out to your face. Very unfortunate because they could really get a lot more out of this hotel. We will not choose this hotel again.

Camere moderne, curate nella pulizia e nell'arredo (anche il bagno, con una bellissima doccia walk-in); bella anche la grande vetrata che illumina in maniera ottimale tutto l'ambiente. Un difetto: i punti luce, mal disposti e non troppo luminosi, per cui senza sole rimane sempre qualche parte di camere sfornito della giusta illuminazione. Letto comodo, cuscino un po' meno perchè molto morbido e senza una forma ben definita. Alla reception ci hanno aiutato con ogni richiesta che abbiamo avanzato (tra l'altro parlano un ottimo inglese) e soprattutto ... servono una colazione che, in ogni proposta, è eccezionale: più salata che dolce ma la scelta è ampia e qualitativa. Qui vale la pena fare gli strappi alla regola e regalarsi colazioni energetiche ed internazionali, uscendo un po' dai canoni classici italiani della colazione dolce. La pulizia giornaliera della camera è solo su richiesta (se si soggiorna per più di quattro gg, vengono fatte comunque).
