A very good room service with amicable staff. Neat rooms. Had a pleasant stay. I would select the same hotel next time when i visit bareilly.

I had to return early morning next day due to a sudden change in my program and i wanted that my booking should be converted to 'room only” type and money charged for meals refunded to me. But the hotel refused to obelize stating that since the booking had been done through makemytrip, they could not help in the matter.
