Location is perfect to explore Barcelona. Facilities are good, however it surprised me that there is no chair or sofa in the room, so to work on your laptop you have to do it lying in bed.

Nice location, top roof view superb and breakfast is normal.

호텔 위치는 정말 최고 입니다, 모든곳으로 이동이 편하고 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 친철합니다. 조식 메뉴도 매일 조금씩 변경되서 좋았습니다. 다음번에도 방문하려고 합니다

位置極佳，最繁華地段，出門就是蘭布拉和格拉西大道和加太羅尼亞廣場，方便極了。出租車停在門口，地鐵公交都抬腿就到。

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 그런데 드라이기가 작동안되어 2번 교체했습니다.

4성급 호텔인데 3성급 호텔같음. 전기포트도 없고. 칫솔은 너무 아파요. 위치는 좋습니다. 그냥 저냥 바르셀로나가 숙박비가 비싸서...

歐洲酒店都很小，其他都挺好，窗外風景就是教堂的穹頂，出大門就是廣場，去哪裡都很方便

Great hotel in perfect location, but what made it exceptional were the amazing staff. I’ve experienced good customer service but this team made it feel they actually cared about your experience rather than just doing their job well. Would highly recommend this hotel for that culture alone!

The hotel was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Right around the corner from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The service and staff were great. The breakfast was good but we got tired of the same things because we stayed so many days. Our room had a leak with the sink faucet so they changed our room the following day. However, the shower did not drain in this room and overflowed into the bathroom. It was significant enough that they must have known of this issue prior. They said they would send someone although the issue was never fully resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of the hotel location.

We had a great stay. The staff and management were really welcoming. We received an upgrade to our room and were offered a late check out if we needed it. The breakfast was excellent. It’s also a great location. Full marks all round.
