L'addetto alla reception dell'hotel è molto gentile.Il motivo per prenotare qui è che l'hotel può fare il bucato gratuitamente. Ma il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza era rotto, la stanza era fredda, faceva troppo freddo per dormire la notte, e il giorno dopo mi sono svegliato presto, ho fatto le valigie e ho fatto il check-out 

La posizione è relativamente remota e l'area della stanza è ampia

L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Passeig de Gracia, nelle immediate vicinanze della principale zona dello shopping e dei ristoranti. L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo e le camere sono di dimensioni adeguate e ben rinnovate. Tuttavia, ho due GRANDI problemi: 1. Sono stato insonne 4 notti su 5 a causa delle zanzare nella stanza. Ho tenuto le finestre chiuse e posso solo presumere che gli addetti alle pulizie possano aver aperto le finestre. 2. Continuo ad avere un problema con la chiave magnetica, dovendo tornare alla reception OGNI volta che volevo aprire la porta. Ho tenuto la carta separata dal telefono e dalle carte di credito.

The room is comfortable, tidy and wide. The nearest Metro station 5 minutes by walk

The first impression was the room still have dust on the floor. The shower was broken on the first night check-in. Only have someone to fix it the next day. The kitchen can only use for making very very simple foods. Otherwise the room is spacious, enough for a family of four. 5 min walks to Marina Metro and 10/15 min walk to Westfield Glòries and Estació Barcelona Nord. A very nice little Cordis supermarket around corner. Overall experience is fine. The place need some minor upgrades on the facilities and will be a excellent option for stay in Barcelona.

是我在西班牙旅行當中體驗最差的一家酒店，首先，服務態度不行，因為我們是兩個大人，帶兩個小孩，三歲和八歲到了前台，不讓我們入住，那我們必須訂兩間房間，攜程的工作人員極力幫忙解決，前前後後等了一個多小時才成功入住，最後還是感謝攜程的服務給我們支持，開了兩間房間 衞生條件也很差，那個地毯臟不拉幾的慘不忍睹，根本就不像一個準四星的酒店公寓，早餐也很單一，品類太少，特別是我們帶了小孩的房間的衞生，沒辦法接受，非常不推薦入住

位置比較靠近市中心，距離聖家堂步行20-30分鐘，距離海灘步行15-20分鐘。房間較大，是套房，有一個大床和小床。房間有廚房和廚具。房間每三天打掃一次。地下一層有洗衣房，有4組洗衣機和烘乾機，但是入住人多，洗衣機經常滿員。打優步有時要等很久。
