I love it’s: fantastic Terrase, big room, good service

The manager working there is super rude, no customer friendliness at all and isn't professional. I travel the world for work and have stayed in around 30 hotels in the past year. I highly recommend that the owner of the hotel fires the manager and people don't stay here.

El barrio es un horror. Yonkis a cada paso y una mugre increíble. La habitación que me dieron perdía toda el agua la bañera e inundaba el baño. Reclame a la camarera y me dijo que en varias habitaciones pasaba eso y que me dejaba cuatro toallas para que ponga y no se salga el agua ¿¿¿??? Reclame en recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación. Me cobraron 22 euros por darme la habitación un par de horas antes cuando habitualmente en otros hoteles si la tienen disponible no te hacen problema. Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas pero el entorno es espantoso. No me gustó el suelo de la habitación porque es cerámico como de cocina... Eche en falta en un hotel de esta categoría un buen parquet.

バスタブスペースの扉が　1枚無くなっていて、シャワーをすると　バスタブスペースの外が濡れてしまう。

Я перебувала 4 ночі в готелі , взагальному все сподобалося і розташування і сполучення з визначними місцями супер. Прибирання в номері відповідало на 3*, пилюки ніхто в номері не витирає. Сніданок був не поганий , вибір маленький але все смачно, особливо капучіно на 5*. Нас поселили на 2 поверсі , де ми тільки но зайшли в кімнату і з вікна було видно і чутно як грали хлопці футбол і кричали , але ми зразу пішли на Рецепшен і нам поміняли кімнату на 10 поверсі і з видом на Барселону і на центральну вулицю і вже було все ок.

Struttura molto moderna, ottimi servizi, camera molto bella, colazione veramente ottima. La zona circostante purtroppo non è bella ma è comoda

Il personale della Reception è stato molto cordiale, ma mi sarei aspettata di più da un hotel 4 stelle. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta della camera (che non sono stati del tutto risolti), ci è stato buttato via un sacchetto con degli acquisti, le pulizie venivano fatte nel tardo pomeriggio, ristorante disorganizzato. Non ci tornerei.

Lovely hotel and great stay, missed having a proper pool which was only disappointment. Room and main areas were very good.

Overall, Barceló Raval was a great hotel. The front desk staff was polite and kind throughout my entire stay. Mar checked me in, she is super nice and thorough. She recommended the breakfast for my 7-night stay and I am so glad that she did!! Their breakfast is a delicious buffet of hot and cold food and beverage options, trays of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, etc. it was totally worth the cost and a time saver. My room was clean and the house keeping staff cleans daily - they don’t interrupt you - they seem to know when you are not in the room and they take care of business. The rooftop is nice place to relax and hangout. The location was good. It is a 5-7 minute walk to La Rambla and about 15 minutes to Placa de Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter or Rambla de Mar. Lastly, to my surprise, on the day of my birthday, the staff put a birthday card and brownie in my room. A thoughtful gesture. 5 Star! I would stay here again.

Absolutely delightful place to stay and the attention to detail was very impressive. A special toych was the lovely girl on reception knocking on my room door with a piece of cake and a candle for my birthday.

Hotel has modern flare, with water closets and exposed showers appropriate for couples mostly. The restaurant has great breakfast spread and delicious dinner options. A 15 min walk to highend stores and a 5 min walk to la rambla for affordable souvenirs. Unfortunately the hotel is placed in a sketchy area with a nightwatch circling in the evening and police car stationed at plaza. So at night take a taxi out and straight to door of hotel when coming back for the evening. This is my second stay at this hotel and for the hotel itself 5 stars but the area has changed for the worst it gets 3 stars just becasue of closeness to city center. But the area is not desirable and does not feel safe. May not be returning for a 3rd stay.

Hotel was great , good location, very nice and clean . Very friendly staff. We had great stay .

Hotel was great! Odd interior design but it worked fine. Rooftop bar with a small pool was amazing offering stunning views of the city. Location was very central with many sights within walking distance. Reception and breakfast was good! Beds and pillows very comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit rough though with lots of graffiti and phone shops… taxi stop right outside and Uber works well here.
