Location of property is very good if someone wants to stay away from main gulmarg. Rooms are spacious and good. Food is average but the staff here is very polite and cooperative

The property is located in kunzer ********, gulmarg road around 13 km from gulmarg. We appreciate the spacious and clean rooms with good room facilities. The staff was polite and helpful, with special mentions for johny and faizan. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and a heart warming apple gardens. The food was decent, with some guests finding it tasty while others found it ok. However, some guests asked for alcohal which property said not allowed and that is fair enough. Overall, it is a good property for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The property is located in KUNZER ********, GULMARG ROAD around 13 km from Gulmarg. WE APPRECIATE the spacious and clean rooms with good heating facilities. The staff was polite and helpful, with special mentions for johny and FAIZAN. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and a HEART WARMING APPLE GARDENS. The food was decent, with some guests finding it tasty while others found it OK. However, some Guests asked for alcohal which property said not allowed and that is fair enough.. It is a new building but no heater facility. No hot water to take bath. No room water heater for drinking water. Food was good.

the bedding was superb bed heaters were very warm and the staff privided us the best support. december month was very cold but we felt very nice and warm. Rajma Dal is very tasty so is paratha. i recommend this place

Hotel is still under construction and facilities are still not upto the mark, staff is good although dure to non availability of full fledge aminities, over all services are not good and rating goes down, keeping the the price in mind that we have paid for stay.

We had a great time in kashmir, thanks to their hospitality and they also helped us with hotel booking in srinagar and travel arrangements. Staff is kind and professional. Special thanks to rishi ji.
