Miki ha fornito un servizio clienti eccellente e molto amichevole. Era molto attenta ai miei amici e io al bar della piscina. Questa era la più sorprendente esperienza della mia vita, e se non fosse stata per i due che lavoravano al bar esterno, probabilmente avrei dovuto andare in terapia a causa dei due patroni che erano al bar. mi molesta, ma per la loro pensiero e professionalità sono ora estremamente felice con la mia vita Nolan e Miki siamo una grande parte del mio nuovo anno di essere un successo

Era molto alto. Altri clienti erano proprio fuori dalla nostra porta parlando molto forte. Poteva sentire gli aerei ✈ uscire. La stanza era decente. Il bagno era molto piccolo senza ventilatore di scarico nel bagno. Il traffico era pazzesco nelle prime ore del mattino. Il tempo era fantastico!!

Brand new finishes and furnishings. Clean, odor free room. Quiet room and quiet A/C. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Able to use my Hilton Honors dollars toward stay which ended up covering for the $75 fee to have my corgi dog stay in the room. We would have boarded her with dog sitter for $45, but it was a last minute Thanksgiving trip. We’re glad we brought our corgi along as she gave great joy to our relative who was ill. Exceptional breakfast. Consistent quality in all our Hampton stays. Only regret is that they had a fitness center, but no pool. Not really critical in November though.

I had a wonderful perfect stay! I can't tell you how incredibly grateful I am for the week and a half I just spent with you all 🙏. My dad had a housefire, so I have a lot going on up in upstate New York, working seventeen hour days. I really needed to unplug and de-stress, I absolutely was able to do that!!! ! I could not believe how incredibly respectful the staff was, especially in the morning. I live on the road one third of the year, and I have never had the luxury or ability of being able to sleep in, usually because the staff are so noisy going about their business in the morning. Not this place. so incredibly quiet that several mornings I accidentally slept in way past the time I wanted to actually get up, trying not to freak out as I'm looking at the alarm clock indicating it's almost noon because it was just that quiet. I think that's incredible with consideration that the hotel was at 100% occupancy just about the entire time I was there! 👏 I wanted to make it known how incredibly grateful I was to Kayla, who personally oversaw a few aspects of my stay, for example my wanting to extend on two separate occasions. It is very difficult to find people who actually do their job anymore post Covid, most of them seeming to attempt to get away with the bare minimum with respect to their jobs, and how it impacts the hotels I stay in. This young lady went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a personal matter that I was concerned about was handled perfectly. Post covid, I am quite used to having to double check after people, however, I dare say my concerns had been handled brilliantly, with that old familiar level of professionalism that we all took for granted pre-Covid, where every i dotted and t crossed! So very rare to come across such exceptional levels of professionalism these days, let alone a complete stranger, choosing to go the extra mile for me!! Management material right there!! For this random act of kindness, I had expressed how truly grateful I was to Kayla, who was so humble about it all. I'm pretty sure she was the only one on duty throughout the night, and still took on my personal matter for me, despite all her other many tasks, she demonstrated nothing more than authentic sincerity and gratitude of her being able to be there for me. Such an honor and privilege to come across such a remarkable human being!! 🙏🙏🙏

CcalicogobyeLeggi le recensioni prima di prenotare un soggiorno. Purtroppo non l'ho fatto. Ogni commento negativo che hai letto nelle recensioni è vero, e posso aggiungere più. Quando ci siamo recati per il nostro soggiorno di due notti, la prima cosa che ho fatto dopo aver entrato nella nostra stanza era di passare la luce di lettura in piedi vicino a una sedia confortevole. Il cameriere entrava per sostituire la luce per scoprire che la luce di lettura non era mai stata infilata per l’uso; il caffè in camera non funzionava, quindi sono tornato al lobby per il caffè che, naturalmente, era freddo. Ho portato il caffè nella stanza per riscaldarlo nella microonde, ho aperto la porta e ho iniziato a mettere la tazza sulla piastra di vetro quando ho capito che la microonde aveva già iniziato a lavorare prima di chiudere la porta. La macchina del ghiaccio nella hall funzionava bene, ma la copertina del drenaggio era mancata; uno dei vantaggi della stanza era che era tranquilla; il cameriere della notte, che era molto gentile e paziente con noi, ci aveva assicurato che sarebbe tranquilla. Purtroppo, per l'hotel, sembrava che la sua sostituzione fosse stata addestrata il giorno dopo. Abbiamo aspettato di più da Holiday Inn Express e non sappiamo perché questa posizione Stuart è stata autorizzata a continuare a funzionare. Le recensioni sono state negative per anni.

VVelazquezDebbieLe camere erano pulite.Il servizio era buono.Il personale era amichevole.Il colazione non era solo pasticceria a buon mercato.Sono andato qui per fare affari e sarebbe bello poter andare a prendere il colazione per risparmiare tempo. Invece, dovevo andare a prendere tempo per ordinare colazione altrove.
