"L'alloggio è solo nella terza stagione estiva, quindi rimane in una nuova condizione. L'ubicazione è in una pista tranquilla fuori dalla parata principale della Marina, quindi è facile da accedere. Con molti ristoranti e attività nelle vicinanze, l'ubicazione è grande.
La piscina è pulita (un po 'troppo fredda per nuotare alla fine di aprile) e le camere sono molto semplici e funzionali.
Merve l'ospite è eccellente, offre un servizio attento e utile.Lei e le loro camere sono molto consigliate, per un piacevole soggiorno a Bodrum !"

MMiladOne of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

AAP3We had a lovely stay at Değirmenburnu Residence in Bodrum. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me a free upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The room had a fantastic view of the sea, and there’s good parking available—very convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the centre of Bodrum’s old town. While the furniture could use a refresh and felt a bit worn, the place offers great value overall. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay!

From day 1 he upgraded my room and then help me very much to find my money Actually i forgot all my money in my hotel room and i check out ffeom hotel to airport then I personally call him and asked him I left my all money in my room He then do very help to me find money and my money is handed by him specially thanks to Mr mehmet Ali

UUtente ospiteA very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively. The concierges; Dokhan and Duygu served us a very friendly welcome and chats the whole time which helped us to get to know the area a lot too!

UUtente ospiteThis was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are spacious and clean. No lift but we weren't concerned by that. The pool was immaculate with great seating, and the hosts let us swim alittle earlier and later than the normal times which was lovely of them.
The location is awesome with a convince store afew steps away, and all the markets and restaurants less than 5mins walk on a flat surface.
I would highly recommend staying here!

11861681****La stanza non è molto grande, aggiungere il letto sarà più difficile, quindi impostare direttamente due camere e tutti possono riposare bene.L'hotel è molto delicato, anche se non al mare, ma a tre chilometri di distanza e più tranquillo. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Sono arrivato al primo giorno, e improvvisamente ho un po'di disagio. L'hotel offre immediatamente un kit di emergenza, molto intimo.C'è un piccolo supermercato sul lato opposto dell'hotel, ed è anche molto conveniente per il supermercato a prezzi pacificati.Se il tempo è consentito, è molto adatto per soggiornare più giorni.

AAnastasiiaOttimo ubicazione dell'hotel. Literalmente un minuto e siete sulla spiaggia. L'hotel stesso è molto comodo, pulito. Era tranquillo a notte. La matrice è dura, ma per me è quello che avete bisogno. Se si sceglie per il futuro, è certamente la scelta perfetta.L'unica cosa, per me l'acqua nel doccia era fredda.
Grande hotel, grande personale, grande esperienza! La spiaggia è prossima (1 min 😀). Il colazione sulla terrazza con una splendida vista!

UUtente anonimoLe camere sono molto belle, le camere sono molto belle, la vista marina molto bella, le prime sono entrate, ci hanno dato 813 camere, ma poi ci hanno portati in una stanza diversa, ma quando siamo andati a prendere le nostre cose nella prima stanza che ci ha dato, ci sono stati altri. Il personale è un po' inesperto, ma non è molto buono.

AAnandStaff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support.
The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements.
