UUtente ospiteОчень понравился отель, комфортные кровати, хорошие завтраки, наконец то на завтраке я увидела бекон) очень порадовала косметика в сан узле - был даже тальк, алое-вера, скраб, крем для тела очень приятный, кожа бархатная. Заказали такси для раннего выезда, проблем не было, машина приехала вовремя.

UUtente ospiteSono rimasto per una notte.La stanza era molto buona, pulita e pulita.L'atmosfera era bella. Importantemente il personale era molto cortese e utile.Il signor Sonu alla ricezione era una persona meravigliosa.Il cibo era anche meraviglioso con spezie ottimali. Vorrei sicuramente restare di nuovo.

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

La sala è pulita e bella.
Il supporto del personale, i vestiti e il servizio sono buoni.
Anche se vado alle 15:00 per fare le procedure di soggiorno, posso fare le procedure di soggiorno normalmente, anche se vado alle 12:00
Il ristorante è molto bello.
Il letto è molto letto e molto comodo.
Buon servizio
La piscina è bella.Non è il livello che non si nuoterebbe.
Il menu della colazione di autobus cambia ogni giorno.Ho vissuto due notti, ma sono felice che sia cambiato.

Il vento è molto vecchio
Il rumore della costruzione è molto alto durante il giorno
Time 々 Interrompere l'elettricità (circa 1 minuto per ripristinare, ma la frequenza è molto alta ...)
Facilità dell'hotel (tappe, salotto, ecc) 々 Alcuni luoghi non sono perfetti
In generale, mi sento vecchio e dolce.
Il paesaggio della finestra è cattivo (roba circostante ecc.)
Il pane per colazione non è buono (pane per angolo, salsa, ecc.) dovrebbe essere migliorato.
