UUtente ospitePoco rumoroso isolato tra le camere. La stanza dei vicini era inciampata dalla musica e cantava tardi nella notte. La prima chiamata alla ricezione non ha portato ad alcuna azione. La seconda chiamata 15 minuti dopo, con un tono irritante, ha portato a una visita del personale e a una riduzione del rumore. Durante il controllo, la ricezione cercava di far venire il direttore e scusarsi, ma il direttore invece chiese quanto il cliente pagava per la stanza e si rifiutò di uscire, invece di lasciare la ricezione per rispondere alle denunce. Comportamento patetico e non simpatico del direttore.

MMonal KulharaI stayed at Hotel Ramada in Mumbai from 6th to 9th October and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, and the food, especially the breakfast, was fantastic. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

人人生是一场马拉松The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast.
I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

UUtente ospiteOur family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it.
Overall, it was a great experience.

Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte. Il personale dell'hotel era incredibilmente attento e amichevole, andando sempre sopra e oltre per assicurarmi di avere tutto quello che avevo bisogno. Il ristorante sul posto ha servito deliziose pasti con una varietà di opzioni, e il buffet del colazione è stato un'eccellente e fresca ingrediente di alta qualità.
