UUtente ospitePoco rumoroso isolato tra le camere. La stanza dei vicini era inciampata dalla musica e cantava tardi nella notte. La prima chiamata alla ricezione non ha portato ad alcuna azione. La seconda chiamata 15 minuti dopo, con un tono irritante, ha portato a una visita del personale e a una riduzione del rumore. Durante il controllo, la ricezione cercava di far venire il direttore e scusarsi, ma il direttore invece chiese quanto il cliente pagava per la stanza e si rifiutò di uscire, invece di lasciare la ricezione per rispondere alle denunce. Comportamento patetico e non simpatico del direttore.

人人生是一场马拉松The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

UUtente ospiteOur family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it.
Overall, it was a great experience.

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

UUtente anonimoCi vogliono circa 50 minuti dall'aeroporto, quindi è lontano, ma il servizio in camera è buono e la quantità è grande. Non c'è molto fuori, quindi devi andare a Yuba.

Il letto era eccezionalmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte. Il personale dell'hotel era incredibilmente attento e amichevole, andando sempre sopra e oltre per assicurarmi di avere tutto quello che avevo bisogno.
