PPANCHALLocated at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

KK_AroraHotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear.
Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean.
Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

UUtente ospiteThe property is excellent with the old world charm. Extremely good service with a special shout out to Ajay Kumar from housekeeping. Very prompt service from all staffs.
However a bit more upkeep is necessary to maintain the charm of this heritage property. We were in the Residency room. The bathroom needs a makeover, it is huge but a bit run down with tiles which are visibly very worn out. The cupboard in the room is wooden with handles in wooden blocks which shows good taste, but it is not very functional and size is small. Amenities need to be a bit more modern while keeping the heritage feel intact.
Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

UUtente ospiteEravamo tre amici della Nuova Zelanda e rimase a Regenta per due notti. Il posto era bello e la camera era comoda. Il personale ha messo un cappotto extra per noi, così potevamo stare nella stessa stanza, che era grande. Il posto è una miscela di vecchio fascino e di comodo, e noi pensavamo che fosse buono. Il personale era super utile e attento. Ci hanno organizzato un servizio di lavanderia rapida, e ci hanno anche un pacchetto di carte da giocare da consegnare all'hotel. Il manager ci ha anche dato consigli per ottenere un numero di telefono indiano, dove ottenere caffè e informazioni sulla navigazione della stazione ferroviaria, e ci ha dato anche alcuni guide su Lucknow e Varanasi, dove siamo andati al prossimo.
Apprezziamo il check-out tardivo e l'hotel ha conservato le valigie anche per il treno tardivo.

UUtente ospiteI've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

ККАМОЛИДДИНСтандартный отель сети Рэдиссон, качеством ниже чем в том же Горакхпуре. Фитнес зал видавший виды, оборудование необходимо почистить. Бассейн хороший. Питание как и во всех Рэдиссонах, но немного уступает по вкусу и разнообразию.
Вполне достойный вариант за 50 долларов в сутки. Жить можно)

UUtente anonimoIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
