AAleksei ProЧудесный отель рядом с пляжем. Вкусные завтраки. Чистые, свежие номера. Хорошее обслуживание. Чистый бассейн. Идеален для отдыха с семьей или друзьями. Ближайший пляж обустроен шезлонгами, большое количество недорогих пляжных ресторанчиков. Отлично провели время! Спасибо

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è stato un po' rilassato dalla strada occupata di Candolim, che lo rende tranquillo e rilassante. Un po' di zona di piscina può essere migliorata e il personale serve tè e caffè al colazione. In generale, una piacevole esperienza e sicuramente rimarrebbe lì!

UUtente ospiteI stayed at Santana Beach Resort with my boys’ gang for a leisure trip, and we booked a suite category room. The stay was amazing — the rooms were spacious, homely, and very clean. The pool area was always lively and fun, adding to the overall vibe of the resort.
One of the best parts is the Calamari Shack, which is the hotel’s own shack located right on the beach. The Goan food there was delicious, and the whole place gives you the perfect Goan vibes. Overall, Santana Beach Resort is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, beachside stay in Goa. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospiteTaj è il migliore in ogni servizio.Abbiamo visitato Taj Holiday per il nostro anniversario e il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. Il colazione è stato sorprendente e ha molte varietà. Taj è il miglior hotel in ospitalità. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel Saily ci ha aiutati molto, ha aggiornato la nostra stanza in un cottage, ha anche dato un compleanno di Pasqua e ha decorato la nostra stanza.
Abbiamo visitato e goduto la proprietà Taj Fort Aguada come accessibile dal Taj Holiday Village Resort, la proprietà è sorprendente e ha una vista tranquilla e bella spiaggia.
Grazie Taj per il servizio e l'ospitalità.
Ci vediamo presto.

AAlla Kuznetsova16Была в этом отделе 4 ночи. Отель староват, по мебели заметно, но работает все исправно. Обслуживание гостей на высшем, высочайшем я бы доже сказала, уровне. Завтраки вкусные, шведский стол при этом есть официанты, которые принесут вам все что хотите. Уборка номера каждый день. Воду бутилированную каждое утро в номер приносят.
В один из дней у нас была экскурсия к 6:00 утра. И так как мы не попадали на завтрак, то нам к 6:00 приготовили на ресепшене ланч-боксы. Это тоже нас очень порадовало.
В целом отель, еще раз повторюсь, очень понравился.

They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well.
Rooms are clean but old and need improvement.
Breakfast buffet had mediorce options.
Staff barely smile at you.
Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

NNataliiaОчень дружественный персонал всего отеля, ухоженная зелёная чистая территория, чистый бассейн, хороший завтрак( много из индийской кухни, но и европейское привычное тоже есть) , уборка каждый день без напоминаний. Номер просторный с 2мя кондиционерами и огромной трассой,отличный вай фай, к сожаление были всего 5 дней из 18 в Гоа, т.к. На весь срок не было мест. До моря неспешным шагом 10 минут. Рядом на центральной улице вся инфраструктура отдыха - кафе, магазины, фруктовые лавки. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Спасибо всему персоналу за атмосферу гостепреимства и доброжелательности!

FFreebird_GraceOverall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.
