服務：首選要特別感謝管家小樹，非常有耐心，有求必應，回覆也很積極，能及時有效的解決我們的訴求而且主動告訴我們酒店的各種活動和周邊旅遊攻略，非常感謝她！ 打掃房間的阿姨非常好，幫忙收拾房間還主動提供對應的配套，全程都很貼心。 住宿： 家庭loft 優點：在主樓五樓，樓層和位置都很方便就餐和遊玩，位置絕佳。空調和熱水都非常足。 缺點：面積有些小，四大一小住着有些擁擠。空調太足，不能調節温度，太冷了，大夏天的要用上暖氣片。 船屋（第二天升級了房型） 優點：空間很大，很寬敞，有空調地暖，温度適中，熱水很足，獨棟，很安靜。 缺點：木頭味兒有些重。離主樓有段距離，接駁車2分鐘路程，走路10分鐘以內。晚上時不時會有燒開水的聲音。樓上的床墊是1.5m的，如果能更大點兒就好了。 地理位置： 有些偏，外賣比較少，如果想吃零食或者外出就餐，建議自駕去20公里左右的吾悦廣場，30分鐘左右的行程。 遊樂設施： 幻想島：中規中矩，普通遊樂園，一大一小足夠了，不適合多名成人陪同。 水樂園： 目前衹有室內開放，深水池1.3米左右，38℃，泡在水裡挺舒服的，出水有些冷，建議帶件浴袍。另一個池子每小時有10分鐘造浪，很好玩。還有個小滑梯的池子，温度有些低，區域比較小，可玩兒性不大。還有個區域可以玩兒滑道，適合80-180斤，50歲以下人羣。我衹玩了單人的，要先爬樓梯到4樓，下去的時候可能因為坡度太小，加上泳衣阻力大，有一大段要自己蹭着下去，可玩兒性大打折扣。雙人項目體重差需要小於20斤，僅供大家參考。玩好後的淋浴間是獨立的，熱水足，挺不錯的。 就餐： 早餐： 自助，種類齊全，主食比較多，味道還行，中規中矩，算是中上水準。就餐環境很好，空間大，旁邊有服務人員，隨叫隨到。 中晚餐外食，不予評價。 環境： 大堂乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，空調足，甚至有些冷。 綠化率高，空氣清新，挺不錯的。 遺憾： 趕上入梅首周，一直下雨，有些影響遊玩，不過也慶幸自己選擇在酒店遊玩，不受下雨影響。
