On the date of departure, upon checkout at 12 noon, we asked a female staff at the reception to book a jumbo taxi from Lucky taxi for us at 2:45pm to the airport and she replied that they could not make booking with Lucky taxi but could book with some other taxi companies. We then requested her to go ahead with booking with their approved taxi company and waited at the lobby. After less than a few minutes, she came to us and said one of the taxi company did not pick up the call and the other one said they were too busy to accept any booking. The female staff then said she was not able to assist us and we should find a taxi ourselves. My husband was pretty annoyed and said to the female staff that it is ridiculous that being a 4 star hotel , they would not even book a taxi for their guest. Hearing the comment, the female staff just ”glared” at my husband and then walked away.
Later when we went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage , my friend asked for the name of the female staff and was replied with ”no name can be given.
This is probably the worst hotel reception experience I have in Japan!"

"The rooms felt somewhat dated and were a bit dark. Some areas, such as the ledges, were dusty and seemed not to have been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom water pressure was weak, and it took quite a while to fill the bathtub. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. It would have been even better if it had started a little earlier, around 6:30."

Fantastico
SSaingThis is the best Ritz-Carlton we have ever visited! The hotel is very new, and the valet parking service was wonderful. The check-in process was very smooth, and our room featured a stunning Japanese design touch, making it truly exceptional.
While the gym is a bit small, it has everything you need for a great workout. The location is prime, and we were pleased to find that a late check-out was available.
Overall, our experience was fantastic!

JJenniferI booked this hotel for the first 2 nights and last night of the trip. The room for first 2 nights was fine, hygiene is ok. But then for the last night, the room was full of the smell of cigarettes, but it is a non-smoking room. I did not report the situation to front desk as I was just staying for 1 last night of the trip, so don’t wanna bother to change room. Except the above, everything was great, the staffs were very friendly and responsive, also able to communicate in English. Location is amazing, no matter food or shopping, everything is just downstairs.

Stayed at the Deluxe Suite (75 m²) this trip which is very spacious, comprising of a king‑bed bedroom and a separate living room perched on a quiet corner 
The bathroom is another highlight with a sculpted free‑standing tub, rainfall shower, and dual sinks carved from luxurious Mont Carmelo granite—each detail framed by sweeping cityscape views and natural sunlight pouring in. Throughout the suite, refined touches include natural woods, artful Hakata‑ori textile accents, and ambient lighting—creating a serene atmosphere that pays homage to local crafts

FFideliaStayed for 2 night in Millenials Fukuoka, previously stayed in Millenials Kyoto and it left a lasting impression so I went back to the same hotel chain in my Spring Solo Trip 2025 in Fukuoka. Anyway, This is such an amazing Hotel NEARBY ICHIRAN Headquarter. If you're a true fan of Ichiran, you'll be thrilled to know that it's just 3-min away from the hotel.
LOBBY IS SUPER COOL, nicely designed. Staff were also attentive & friendly. Overall, cleanliness is well-maintained. Love the compact style & suitable for fuss-free traveller who only come back to accomodation at night. Although its price point is slightly on a bit on the steep side for hostel, will still come back for the comfort & convenient location!

La colazione è deliziosa, ma se ripetete il cibo quotidiano sarà un po'scio.
Quindi, come persone che vivono per giorni consecutivi, prestate attenzione a mangiare la stessa colazione ogni giorno.
L'hotel ha un autobus dalla stazione di metropolitana.
Se un soldato che porta l'aeroporto arriva in questo hotel, dovrebbe essere molto meno di 5000 yen.

MmadsmovesSuper friendly and helpful staff! The location was brilliant, it only took around 25 minutes to get to the airport, as well as walking distance to a lot of the main central sites to see in Fukuoka. Shower room was clean and well equipped and the sleeping pod was also clean and very comfortable. The most amount of space I’ve had to myself in a hostel I think.
The included breakfast was basic but I think it’s enough for what you’re paying. There was coffee/tea, bread, jam, yoghurt, granola and a couple of baked goods. See my picture for what I had (it filled me up for the morning, so no complaints from me).
Only negative for me was the sound the door to the room makes when locking/unlocking. Obviously in a hostel you can expect a bit of noise and people coming/going throughout the night, but I had the pod closest to the door and the sound of it closing, locking and unlocking was extremely loud. There’s nothing the guests can do to minimise this, even if you close it softly. The automatic lock is so loud. This might only be an issue if you’re close to the door but be prepared, it’s quite an infuriating sound and I could unfortunately hear it through my headphones.
All in all, I still enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again! Would just maybe request a pod further from the door☺️

JJoyful Solo The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
They offer free breakfast—simple but delicious—as well as cookies and coffee during tea time and cocktails in the evening.
The hotel operates with a self-check-in system, with only two kiosks at reception. If you need assistance, you can press a button, and a staff member will come to help.
The room is small but clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely come back again!

UUtente ospiteIt was chosen as it was near fukuoka airport when we arrived in the late afternoon. Wished we could spend more time. Beautiful hotel and we had omakase dinner at Genkai Japanese restaurant. Didn't try the breakfast.
Its very near the uminonakamichi park where we saw some cherry blossoms on the way down south to Ureshino.

UUtente ospiteAt arrival, the front desk staff wasnt polite or welcoming at all. This is not normal for Japanese hotel. But other Japanese staffs are friendly.
Check in process wasn't friendly or easy at all, you have to do a mobile check on your own even you had arrived at the hotel. They bacially make you do their job.
The Double room is quiet small, there is no table in room nor cupboard. Lights are too dim for face make up.
Drainage is bad also, both bath and sink are clogged up. Takes 10 minutes to drain bathing water. My toilet was flooded after bathe. And had to change for another room, which is much smaller, where has no table/stool at all.
However, hotel location is good, 2 subway stops from the central and is on the airport subway line.
Girls' bars are 1 minute away from here hotel and there are lots of them I that stretch
Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are many more better hotel at the spot.
