BBeige1996Alla quarta tappa del viaggio nello Shaanxi, si può dire che le prestazioni di questo hotel sono ancora soddisfacenti. In termini di posizione, puoi raggiungere rapidamente l'hotel dalla superstrada di Baoji e il servizio di portineria alla porta è molto entusiasta. Nonostante ci siano stati alcuni intoppi durante il check-in, avevo intenzione di modificare il mio soggiorno da 2 giorni a 1 giorno. Tuttavia, la responsabile del front office, la signora Wang Qiong, e il signor Li mi hanno impressionato con il loro servizio entusiasta e professionale e hanno continuato a informarmi sulle mie esigenze nei due giorni successivi. Si può dire che hanno dimostrato pienamente un alto livello di servizio . Le dotazioni della camera sono abbastanza complete e anche l'effetto di isolamento acustico è molto buono. La piscina al 40° piano dell'hotel ha una bellissima vista, sul fiume Wei e sulla vista notturna di Baoji. Anche la varietà della colazione è molto ricca, adatta alle esigenze di diversi gruppi di persone. Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito è abbastanza grande, quindi non ci saranno difficoltà di parcheggio. Va però sottolineato che l'Executive Lounge dell'hotel presenta grossi difetti: innanzitutto si trova nella zona pubblica al 40° piano e chiunque può entrare senza dover passare la tessera, in secondo luogo ci sono troppo poche stoviglie leggere nella lounge , per un totale di soli 3. Allo stesso modo, sono tutti piccanti; terzo, non forniscono alcolici; quarto, non forniscono la colazione. Questi sono ben lontani dall'Executive Lounge dell'Horizon Club di Shangri-La. Si consiglia all'hotel di apportare alcune modifiche e poiché dispone di un piano executive e di una lounge executive, deve fornire una corrispondente cortesia amministrativa.

TTianniaoalai服務：房間管家王麗瑤可以隨時微信聯繫，問這問那都耐心回覆。入住有高大帥哥幫忙拿行李到房間，禮貌周到。所有服務員都禮貌帶笑容，感覺親切。
設施：許多設施沒空體驗，印象最深刻是房間的私湯池，乾淨、私隱滿分。私湯在房間下層，旁邊還有個小客廳，睡床在上層。雖然要上下樓梯，但整體佈局很好。
食物：自助早餐可以，個人最喜歡款式眾多的麪包。自助晚餐説實話比較普通，主要是環境舒適。還有個餐廳忘了名字，供應多種菜式，色香味不錯。
天氣熱，泡温泉有點過。等秋涼再去試試滋味。

NNgKirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

NninjakimalWe had a great stay at Holiday Inn Baoji. Calvin Chen was very helpful and friendly. He speaks English well, which made our stay easy. He was professional, polite, and always ready to help.
The room was big, clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet was clean and nice to use. There was plenty of storage space for our things.
The gym was large and had all the equipment we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel!

CCameo19Un hotel fantastico con un personale meraviglioso. La campana era grande, mi incontrarono dal mio taxi e mi portarono il bagaglio. Dopo aver controllato, mi mostrarono nella mia stanza e poi mi fecero una visita delle strutture. Un grande grido ai manager di ristorante Ricky e Martin che erano molto personali e mi aiutarono quando non parlo cinese. Tutto era bello, la stanza era bella con un tubo enorme, e le piscine calde di primavera erano eccellenti e non piene che mi hanno rafforzato l'umore e mi hanno aiutato a rilassarmi. L'hotel sa come guardare i suoi ospiti, hanno un'ora felice, frutta quotidiana, un minibar gratuito e snack di benvenuto nella stanza, tra cui dessert e dolci, oltre a dare un regalo di checkout di frutta di permesso in una bella borsa regalo. Inoltre, ho avuto una meravigliosa (e gratuita) sessione di meditazione, l'insegnante spiega in cinese, e un membro del personale tradotto, apprezzano molto questo livello di servizio al cliente. Il personale dell’hotel gestisce bene i loro animali, spesso prendendo i cani per una passeggiata. Il buffet e la colazione sono ampie e piacevoli, e il ristorante a la carta serve delizioso cibo.

UUtente ospite房間還好，沒有個別朋友評論那麼差，雖説是一家開業好幾年酒店，但酒店服務功能齊全；比起預期會好，由於和家人一起自駕，住宿乾淨舒適交通方便是首選；由於入住樓層在6層，中午前到的，房間沒有收拾出來，放了行李外出遊玩去了，晚上回到房間空調已設定好，衞生很好；負責該樓層客房大姐值得表揚，是全酒店見到最具有親和力，最有禮貌的酒店人員，每次見到客人會主動打招呼；停車場大哥也很熱情，當天酒店有婚宴車庫車位緊張，大哥主動幫忙找車位和安全提醒；最後給一點建議：前台工作人員需要增加些主動和笑容！

TTalesVengo alle 7:00, e mostrando al proprietario che ho prenotato il letto quattro giorni prima, mi disse che tutte e tre le camere erano prenotate e che cercava di mettermi nella sala di lobby, che era piuttosto poco professionale. Mi rifiutò, quindi mi metteva in una stanza con un buco cattivo accanto a un tizio che fumava male come Cernobil. In qualche modo ho potuto prendere un drink. Ha detto che ho avuto quello che ho pagato, che non era il caso. Non hanno un asciugamano. Credo che per 50 kwi devi ottenere più.
