Ma mi sento il meno disturbato nel mio cuore è che abbiamo ricevuto una telefonata dalla ricezione dell'hotel ad alta velocità per chiedere che abbiamo preso il cappello che non abbiamo preso. "My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"We selected a Business Suite, at the ”Zhongyin Hotel”, also know as the ”Jasper Hotel” in Baoding.
The front of house added me to her Wechat, when we checked in.
We were out for most of the day, as we had meetings to attend.
We returned later that evening, and the front of house night staff, were courteous enough, to show us to our suite.
”The room was preheated, and nice & warm, upon our arrival”.
This suite, was extremly spacious and elegant, and we both sincerely enjoyed it.
Living Room:
A lovely living room, with a comfortable sofa and ample space.
Bedroom:
The bed was comfortable, with high quality bedding.
Bathroom:
As for the bathroom, well it's very spacious with a walk in shower and a large bathtub.
We enjoyed panoramic views of the city, from the suite.
Buffet style breakfast was served, at the Horizon Restaurant on the 3rd floor.
”The selection was good, with both Chinese and Western Style dishes to enjoy”.
Overall the hotel has a classic and elegant feel to it, with quality finishes, which remain timeless.
The entire team of staff, ensured that we enjoyed our stay.
Special thanks to the front office's, YangQian for her superb service.
As well as the front office manager (Cindy), for her superb service, and for meeting our requests.
We can recommend this hotel for business or leisure, foreign or domestic guests, will enjoy a high quality stay here.
Upon our next visit to Baoding, we will surely only return to the Zhongyin Hotel."

UUtente ospiteQuesta volta, la scelta di soggiornare nel vostro negozio è il servizio di settimana. Il viaggio è intimide e attento, e mi sento caldo come la famiglia nella città straniera. Durante il soggiorno, Zhou ha iniziato a aiutarmi a prendere il bagaglio, a presentare in dettaglio le strutture della stanza e il traffico circostante, e a raccomandare dolci locali ad alto prezzo vicino in base al mio viaggio. Durante il soggiorno, non ho lasciato il caricatore nel hall. Ha contattato me per la prima volta dopo averla scoperto e ha aiutato ad arrivare nella stanza.Conosciuta ogni giorno, può ricevere un saluto caldo. Anche se è tornato in un negozio di ore straordinarie, risponderà con pazienza alla mia domanda. Ci sono dipendenti così professionali e caldi. La prossima volta che viaggiate, dovrete scegliere qui e consigliarli ai colleghi!

QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.

MM333747****我和老公臨時決定出遊計劃，在攜程看了看酒店，就看到了星空攬月的訊息，評價還是不錯的，於是就報着試試的態度預訂了，到了後前台小姐姐説我訂的雅緻大床房還沒有打掃出來，於是給免費升了房型（精緻大床房），進到房間後空間很大，裝飾簡約大方，床和床頭桌均是皮質的（應該是皮U的），衞生很到位（本人因為職業關係對衞生要求還是很高的），晚飯也是提前和前台訂的，味道很不錯，還提前和我們溝通了口味問題（説他們當地人口味比較重，可以給我們減鹽😁），價格也比較合理，還有入住當天還給送了首住歡迎禮，再次強調一下他家的衞生是真不錯，頂樓的無邊泳池太乾淨了，頂樓環境很美，今天開車走時還看到有工作人員在篝火場地噴葯打掃，我所見到的工作人員都很熱情，特別是餐廳的工作人員服務非常周到，晚上也很安靜，我覺的可能是費用的原因，可以遠離一些素質差的人，唯一覺的不太理想的地方就是洗澡水，冷熱調節差了些，昨天晚上9點多熱水就好像沒有了，調半天也沒調出來，但是洗手枱是有熱水的，就是這點再改進一下就完美了，總之，是一次開心的旅行，五星好評，再補充一句，離易水湖的金龜碼頭步行衹需不到5分鐘。

Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby.
The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
