It was a last minute booking after the border was closed due to forest fire's. We arrived at the hotel worn out after after a long trip complicated by rail strikes. The rail replacement bus dropped us in a small town with no explanation about the border into Spain being closed. Locals helped us with a taxi firm number and the driver recommended we book a room here. We were greeted by friendly staff who advised us dinner ended in 30 minutes. We were not expecting much after a very long day of travelling. The evening made up for the disruption to our plans. The dinner was one of the best we have ever had. The wine was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever in this region again we will stay at this hotel.

Clean and renovated room. Freshly painted but the paint smell was overbearing that we had to Ione the window and patio door during the night as we couldn’t breath.
The staff were excellent (everyone we spoke to were really awesome).
Breakfast in the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean is hard to beat!

We picked this because the reviews stated the service is great. This was indeed the case with both hotel and in-house restaurant staff going beyond the call to help and accommodate guests. The rooms are very clean, the view superb, the walls are thin so yes noise might be an issue when super busy but we were off season, so the hotel was quiet. The beauty salon below grounds was excellent, the food copious, the meat particularly well chosen and in the instance of one of their desserts absolutely delicious. It is above all a friendly family vibe hotel that leaves you smiling and feeling at home.

Situation exceptionnelle avec des superbes vues sur Banyuls, la mer et la montagne. Le personnel est attentif et serviable. Des travaux sont en cours actuellement, une nécessité car une partie de l'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement total. Bon repas au restaurant.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en couple accompagné de notre petit chien Oscar. Nous sommes ravis par l'ambiance de ce lieu où l'on se sent à l'aise . Nous remercions particulièrement Marianne et Nathalie pour leur bienveillance naturelle, la cuisine généreuse et goûteuse du Chef. La literie y est confortable. Nous recommandons cet établissement à toutes et tous ceux qui cherchent le calme et la vue. A bientôt.

Hôtel très agréable haut de banyuls avec chambres vu sur mer avec ascenseur. Juste un petit souci pour les personnes mobilité réduite pas de poignée à la douche chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bonne qualité. Le personnel est très sympa et le restaurant de très bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
