We’re booking 2 rooms for the family vacation last March. Ms. Eliza and Novus team give us upgraded for the room and give us excellent service during our stay. We’re really gratefull and having an extraordinary stayed. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Ms. Eliza and Novus team.. 🙏🙏

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel interior, cozy restaurant and kids friendly, a lot of activity and facilities for kids, having a private beach was an excellent service for the guests with their infinity pool. Two thumbs up for the staff hospitality especially miss fafa from guest relation team🫶🏻 promise to come back here soon🥰🥰

The place is comfortable and the service is very friendly, especially Mba Miranti. Very close to the beach with access to entertainment venues, culinary places and other tourist attractions. See you leter. ..........................

Vitamin sea. When people are back to work, it’s time to have short getaways. Room is amazing. Views are nice wherever you’re looking to. Breakfast is great with lots of variety. By far is the best in Anyer. Kids love it, adults like it. The pools are great. Third time here, still well maintained. We’re greeted long before we’ve arrived. From emails to text by Fitria, the guess relation, that reconfirmed our stays from early in the morning and ensuring that everything is perfect for us. This is something new for a hotel service. And it’s only an hour plus from Jakarta with tolls and arteries roads.

We had a good time staying here. Smooth and fast check in process, nice facilities; swimming pool, mini mart, kids club, seafood restaurant, private beach, and the swimming pool in their private beach. Also the staff were friendly and helpful esp. Ms Karina. Would definitely come back and recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit Anyer.

Nice hotel for family staycation. Our room is spacious, clean and have a tub with nice ocean view. The view and facilities are also great. We get to enjoy a private beach for hotel visitor only. They also have a nice swimming pool, playground & kid’s club. Food is tasty. Breakfast is varied. We also got an ice cream compliment bcs our room service order took a longer time than expected. Thanks. Excellence service from the staff. Especially thanks to Suha (kid’s club staff) for being friendly and helpful with my kid. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you Novus Jiva.

Good food, good hospitality, nice ambience, good breakfast, clean & comfort room. Massage room & their services are also good. Love it! This is my 4th time to visit Novus Jiva Anyer.

I spent six days at the resort with my wife, our two daughters (4 months & 3 years) my brother, my mother and my uncle so we were a rather large group with different expectations and needs. The experience at this resort was incredible. I wont be able to cover everything so I will just mention some highlights. Food: Breakfast buffet was extraordinary and highly recommended. Food in the three restaurants is of quality at a reasonable price. We ate in every day for the whole time and never got bored with the variety offerings. Facilites/Rooms: I worked out every day at the gym. It is spacious and clean. It lacks some free weights but you can make it work if you know what you are doing. There is a game room that is fun but we only went once. All our rooms were very clean and modern. There is a private beach with an infinty pool and the sunset there is just out of this world. Of course the main infinity pool at the hotel is also beyond compare. Service: This is where the resort really shines. Every single day our room phone rang with someone from the hotel asking if we had any feedback or complaints. Every employee was incredibly mindful and attentive which I was only used to from high end hotels in Europe or the USA. The staff has obviously been trained to a very high level of attention to detail that is very unusual for Indonesia. Yet the warmth of the Indoesian culture remains very present. I want to highlight the kindness of Ms. Gecia whos warm an honest nature connected with our three year old daughter from the moment they met. She cared for our daughter and played with her every free moment she could spare. Also I want to thank Mr. Johannes for his professionality and high standard of service. You can tell that he has ben trained to a high level in hotels abroad. Finally-Kids: While not being marketed as a kids-resort it was kids friendly to an extend that I have not seen in any hotel before. There is an indoor kids playground with childcare from 10am to 5pm every day and varius kids activities like cupcake classes etc. To summarize - we will surely be coming back to this place.

Was planning the trip for my wife's birthday. And the result is 100x more than amazing!! Even before checkin, mbak Dilla already contacted me and she became my point of contact for anything I need (because I order a lot of services😅). Mba Dilla has dine a great job for arranging and coordinating my arrival, snack for iftar, bonfire dinner until check out. Special mention also for Serai Resto, the place I had breakfasting. Even I only order 2 snacks and 2 drinks, but they gave me huge complementary takjil!! All staff that time is super polite and fast! I noticed mbak Imel and mbak Desi is very outstanding in giving the service, but the rest of staff worked on that shift also superb. At night, the beach was mine!! The whole beach was prepared for dinner with my wife! Again, service was excellent. All staff during bonfire dinner was excellent and helpful especially Mas Dika that keep asking us what else he could help or any other thing he could do for us. All staff also willingly helped me to made a surprise for my wife, amazing! Even the security was very helpful when ensured warawiri car to be ready as soon as possible. Seamless and smooth checkin and checkout also made my feeling was at the best level. Again, thanks Novus Jiva team for the memorable birthday celebration!

I would like to say that this hotel, the service, the staff and the general environment really exceed my expectations. Everything was perfect starting from the reservation (where I made a mistake with dates and the hotel promptly helped me to solve), the check-in and in every moment of our stay we felt really welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is amazing, offering a western selection and Asian selection with traditional Indonesian food which we really loved. We were supposed to stay one night only but we were so happy to extend for the second one. Particular positive mention and our big thanks to Mba Miranti at Reservation department for staying in touch with us for anything we should need and for making our stay the most comfortable and pleasant possible. We will definitely come back!

5 star hotel and service. Private beach and our villa are clean. We also were warmly welcomed from our arrival at the hotel. Thanks marlisa for 5 star service during our stay . The minus are hot water in room not stable and variation of breakfast should be better especially for 5 star hotel.

Always satisfy everytime stay at Novus Jiva Anyer. Great hospitality. Clean room, comfortable bed, Delicious breakfast and lunch. Thank you for Ms. Nissa at front desk to prepare the room, Mr. Andri and Ms. Desi at Serai Restaurant for great services. Novus Jiva is the only place that we will stay at Anyer.
