Hotel in zona Warung Lek Giyanto, Bangunjiwo

well it was good location nearby city, but the breakfast close earlier then i missed my breakfast

Mi dispiace di doverle dire questo, ma questo hotel è supervalutato. Ottenere il 12° posto a Tripadv, così ho pensato che questo hotel sarebbe stato fantastico. Infatti, non ero soddisfatto. Ho avuto la foglia di letto sporca e quando mi sono lamentata di questo e ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza, il ricevitore ha detto che cambiano la foglia di letto. Cerco di capire e lasciare che cambiassero. Quando il custode del letto è venuto a cambiare il letto, non ha indossato una maschera finché non gli ho chiesto di andare a cercare la maschera :) Voglio dire, è durante la pandemia, perché il tuo staff non ha indossato una maschera? Quando ha già cambiato il letto, è anche sporco :) come hai fatto a non controllarlo prima di usarlo? La stanza stessa non mi soddisfa, il asciugamano è rotto. Non credo che questo hotel sia anche in linea con il protocollo sanitario durante questa pandemia.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Nice to stay here, the room is clean and big, nice view. But i need to waiting an hour when i first arrived there. From the information i can check in at 14.00 but i chcek in at 15.00 coz the room is not available yet. Ah the nice one is i got a room 626 and my friends at 625, then we can waiting each other together like the pic 2 😄

Mi piace molto questo hotel popolare.. Ho soggiornato in hotel famosi in altre città alcune volte.. Le camere sono piccole.. Hotel popolare di Yogyakarta.. L'hotel è molto grande.. C'è anche una caffetteria nell'hotel.. Will sicuramente vieni di nuovo qui

Un hotel comodo per le famiglie, e situato nel centro di Malioboro e facile accesso, perché nel centro della città, e vicino al trasporto ferroviario, siamo felici mentre restiamo qui con la mia famiglia, comodo, pulito, E il colazione è completato da buffet come tre stelle, e il prezzo è ancora a prezzi accessibili, arriveremo presto in questo hotel, lo consiglio molto.

L'uomo alla reception durante la mattina è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno aiutato con alcune cose e ci hanno fornito suggerimenti su dove andare. Problema durante la notte, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione dell'aereo, abbiamo chiesto aiuto ma abbiamo un piccolo problema perché il ragazzo del turno di notte non capisce l'inglese. Ha provato davvero difficile aiutare però.

Rimasi per una notte e era piacevole. Benvenuto così caldo dal personale. Controllo il progresso così liscio da Mbak Citra e Mas Ilham. Mas Aldo come il concierge erano utili. Non mi aspetto un servizio simile da un hotel a 3 stelle, ma il dipendente era così bello. Il bagno è piccolo ma non mi lamenta per un hotel di 400k. Il bagno all'interno della mia stanza è un po' odore, ma in generale sono soddisfatto dell'hotel.

Il personale è ok, dalla reception al personale del parcheggio è molto attento. È un peccato che un hotel così buono non disponga di acqua calda, anche se la posizione è un po' fredda. L'hotel era molto deserto in quel momento. Inoltre, lo shampoo è anche vuoto e non pieno. Grazie
