We had the pleasure of staying at The Siam for 4 nights in early May 2022. Quarantine-free travel had just lifted so we were lucky to have almost the entire hotel to ourselves for a few days.. Our stay was amazing. The service was impeccable, our private butler (Tong) helped us out with all of our bookings and arrangements and was a great source of recommendations on top of the Bangkok guide provided by the hotel which was very helpful as well. We met the general manager, Nick, who was very accommodating and regularly checked in to make sure our stay was 100%. The hotel room we had was spacious and well decorated with a comfy kingsize bed. The interior of the hotel is like a combination of a palace meets museum, with antique art from around the world in every room and hallway. We found the library was a great place to do some quiet work (unfortunately that was required), and we made use of the private hotel boat to get anywhere on the river, such a fun (and quick!) way to get around Bangkok and avoid the sometimes busy traffic. The restaurant was also great - what better way to start the day than having breakfast overlooking the river. Would also recommend the Spa downstairs, a very relaxing way to recover from busy Bangkok, as well as making use of the “screening room” which is a small private cinema you can book whilst ordering from the room-service menu. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok, absolutely worth it and 10/10 recommended.

我訂了三晚上，兩間房，一開始分配的房間都是挨着路邊，住了一晚上，實在實在太吵了，路邊的摩託車還有突突車喇叭還有那個發動機的聲音，實在受不了，就和酒店説一定要換間房給我，酒店就調了一間給我！環境衞生都很好，裝修很新，走路去考山路有點遠，要15-20分鐘，我們帶孩子和長者都是突突車去考山路，大皇宮！突突車是有點費錢的，酒店配套的餐廳也不錯，物美價廉！如果一定要住，同樣房型，記得訂那個貴一點的，貴一點好像朝裏，不吵，就非常完美了

Il capo è davvero buono, molto entusiasta, l'ambiente è nuovo, pulito, ma non è più di sei persone.Bere al piccolo giardino e mangiare e fumare è molto comodo. Si verifica un po'di torsione nel mezzo, ma il capo è ancora in ufficio. Se scegliere il Cashan Road per vivere nel Qingjiang, è la prima scelta.

L'hotel è così grande e l'ospitalità è stata grande. I ragazzi al piano di sotto erano così amici e aiutavano con tutto quello che dovevano. Ci è un grande mercato di abbigliamento al piano di sotto e così tanti cibi stradali e 7 undici è più vicino. C'è anche un taxi barca che è più economico del normale. Credo che io sia l'unico ospite lì a causa della Thailandia che è appena aperto ai turisti.

I originally booked for 2 nights, now been here 5, never want to leave, and have eaten some of the best food I've ever eaten in my life... breakfasts are 3 courses, different every day, and more like lunch or dinner. Ung is an amazing cook, and her and her husband Tak are lovely hosts. Yesterday's green curry with chicken & baby aubergines was better than the one in the Netflix streetfood doc, her barbecued pork melts in the mouth and is better than the juiciest bacon you've ever eaten, her Tom yum koong delicious, and how she can make a prawn omelette so fluffy and taste so wonderful is beyond me. And that was only 2 days of food (not to mention the desserts). The place itself is beautiful, calm, spotless - an old Thai wooden house, 2 stories, painted cream and green, with dark, polished wooden floors, full of interesting objects and beautiful old sepia photographs. My room has a little balcony with climbing pink jasmine and more that looks into the quiet alley and at night it smells heavenly. There's a fridge in the hallway with an endless supply of water in glass bottles, saving on money AND plastic. The courtyard is a little green paradise and I can hear at least 3 different kinds of birds and a gecko as I write this over the Tom yum koong. WiFi is fast, I have AC, an electric shower, the room is cute, big, though I know some of the others are quite small. I could quite happily live here for the rest of my life. The area is peaceful and safe. It's a five minute walk from Thewes Pier and a short ferry ride to both sky train and metro, a 10 minute bus ride from chatuchak market, 15 min walk from Khao San road (go once for a look, don't go back), and if you like a longer walk like me, to burn off the breakfast, the royal palace and Chinatown are about 45 mins to an hour on foot. There's a local market close by, at least three 7-11s within spitting distance, a local restaurant round the corner which is not bad but not up to Ung's standards, and at night a long chain of food stands along the canal that I've yet to try. If you're looking for party central this may not be your best choice but please don't look it over for the sake of a flat screen TV you can watch from bed. You could not regret coming here. And if you did, I'd say there was something not quite right about you. I love this place. Thank you Ung and Tak for making me so welcome.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel, poiché ha una camera tripla e è un hotel boutique di eredità nel vecchio quartiere della città. Esso è anche ragionevolmente costoso. Il mio partner e io siamo rimasti qui per qualche notte mentre visitava Bangkok prima di visitare il resto della Thailandia. La stanza era molto costosa, e niente di adorabile, ma perfetta per quello che avevamo davvero bisogno! Il personale era molto utile e parlava abbastanza bene inglese per arrivare. Il servizio di lavanderia era economico e il ristorante al primo piano era molto conveniente e delizioso! L'hotel è vicino a molte opzioni alimentari, 7-Eleven, e il MRT.

Abbiamo avuto un fermo di due notti a Raweekanlaya. È stata una splendida esperienza in tutto il tempo. Tutti i membri del personale erano eccellenti. Sono stati molto utili e ci hanno dato alcuni consigli molto utili per esplorare la zona. I giardini e la piscina erano deliziosi, fornendo un oasi meraviglioso in una città molto occupata. Mangiavamo quattro volte nel ristorante e la godevamo in ogni occasione - una prima classe di esperienza di cibo thailandese. L'alloggio era senza spot e molto comodo. L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla nave fluviale che offre facile accesso a molti siti turistici. Non abbiamo avuto alcuna critica - insolita per noi!

Sarai immerso nella cultura di strada locale con facile accesso ai venditori ambulanti sia diurni che notturni, cibo di strada e una breve passeggiata per accedere ai taxi fluviali; uno dei miei modi preferiti di viaggiare a Bangkok. I taxi fluviali ti porteranno a tutte le principali attrazioni ma smettono di funzionare dopo le nove di sera. Puoi anche accedere al trasporto locale in autobus e un autobus ti porterà nel cuore dello shopping del centro di Bangkok.

I had a wonder stay at the De Phanakron Boutique Hotel. The staff members were remarkably helpful. The breakfast (I opted for the Thai option every morning) was filling and delicious. The room was really cool - a tea-room theme. Clean, comfortable bed, great air-conditioner and bathroom. Location is really neat - on a quiet side street in the old city. An easy walk to some nice attractions, including the river and the “hop on - hop off” boat.
