Essere consapevoli di utilizzare il proprio Wi-Fi, l'hotel offre Wi-Fi GRATUITO a velocità normale e Wi-Fi ad alta velocità RICARICABILE. Non sapevamo che ci fosse una differenza e nessuno ne ha parlato al momento del check-in. Restiamo lì solo per 1 notte e abbiamo inconsapevolmente scelto il wifi ad alta velocità e costa 2.140 THB per 1 notte! mi è caduta la mascella.... Penso che possano migliorare la formazione del personale per ricordare ai clienti 2 differenze wifi per evitare di scioccare i propri clienti. . . A parte questo, l'hotel è carino e nuovo nel complesso. Oh, non raccomandato anche per la colazione. THB 900 per 2 persone ma meno opzioni e il cibo non è così fresco.

Fantastic stay. Loved every second of it. Very nice personnel. Especially the mister outside the entrance that always greets you with a bright smile. Breathtaking view from the pool! One note: the slippers provided in the room, are not suitable for the flooring outside the room (the hallways, reception, elevators) no pun intended, they’re SO slippery. I almost fell on many occasions. So if you’re thinking of wandering around the hotel with the slippers provided by the hotel, DON’T, use your own shoes

Era il compleanno di mio figlio, quindi ho chiesto loro di mettere un piccolo messaggio o qualcosa per lui nella stanza. Penso che se ne siano dimenticati, ma hanno rimediato quando abbiamo fatto il check-out. Gli hanno dato un piccolo regalo incartato e un biglietto. Ha apprezzato tantissimo il suo regalo! Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'uso del balcone mentre eravamo in questo hotel. Abbiamo provato la colazione dell'hotel il primo giorno mentre aspettavamo di fare il check-in. Era ok. Era abbastanza buona per noi che eravamo appena scesi dall'aereo. Abbiamo mangiato lì solo una volta, però, perché volevamo i pancake, e non li avevano al buffet. Non siamo rimasti più a lungo perché erano tutti prenotati per i giorni successivi. Hotel eccellente! Lo terremo sicuramente tra i miei preferiti per la nostra prossima visita.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Somerset Maison Asoke, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The accommodation was not only comfortable but also perfectly suited for my needs as a remote worker. The extra desk in the room allowed me to work efficiently, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and stable. For those who might need an even quicker connection, there's an option to pay for faster internet, which is a great addition. The location is ideal for digital nomads like myself. With a 7-Eleven right across the street, I had easy access to snacks and essentials. Additionally, the nearby food stalls that spring up at night and several nice restaurants made dining out a delight. The free shuttle service to T21 and Emsphere is incredibly handy, especially if you find the walk to the BTS and MTR a bit too far. The pool was another highlight of my stay; it was very nice and surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Furthermore, the staff at Somerset Maison Asoke were friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, I can confidently say that staying here was worth every penny. ASR hotels have never disappointed me, and Somerset Maison Asoke is no exception. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. I needed a late check-out and they recommended joining the membership which allowed it, super thoughtful! The room was clean, spacious, and had great natural light. The bed was comfy, aircon worked well (and didn’t trigger my sinus), and the bathroom was spotless with a bidet and nice-smelling toiletries. Some appliances like the hair dryer and weighing scale were a bit outdated, and the towels were slightly rough, but everything else worked great including the washing machine and microwave. Breakfast was a small spread but everything was tasty. The infinity pool offers a beautiful sunset view (I didn’t swim but it looked great). They also provide free tuk-tuk shuttles to the nearby BTS. Location wise, Thonglor is perfect with plenty of food and massage spots around. Housekeeping was exceptional. They even folded my clothes and returned forgotten items on my last day. Perfect for families, business trips, or long stays. Quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Only suggestion would be to add an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. Overall, a really pleasant stay!
