I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Bangkok, and it was an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The hotel’s facilities, including the rooftop bar and fitness center, were great. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to major transportation hubs like BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room, they promptly assisted me in moving to a new room, ensuring minimal disruption to my stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and location. Despite a minor issue, the staff’s quick response made all the difference.

Quite happy with the room that I booked another night. It’s spacious and clean. Location is ideal, close to Thonglor. The only thing I would fault is that the towel doesn’t smell fresh.

The staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

Travelled as a family (4 adults) and we had a fantastic experience and stay in the Sofitel. Check in was seamless, rooms spotless and amenities were excellent, especially for the price. Would recommend if it’s your first time in Bangkok and you would like a view of the city (Soi 11 is a prime location).

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno qui. La posizione era grande- facile da camminare e molto centrale. Buon accesso ai trasporti pubblici. Il colazione aveva buone opzioni e la camera era tesa e spaziosa. Amichevole personale e efficiente check-in e check-out. Le cose da migliorare, era molto occupato e la ricezione era rumorosa e piena di bagagli ovunque. Il concierge ci ha quasi dato il bagaglio sbagliato quando gli abbiamo consegnato il biglietto fino a che non l'abbiamo corretta (nessuna stanza di bagaglio chiusa). C'era una famiglia la cui bambina continuava a gridare forte (e lei sta solo giocando) e nessuno dell'hotel li chiese di usare una voce più tranquilla all'interno del lobby, di muoversi fuori o di andare nella zona dei bambini. Al colazione, la mia sedia aveva una serratura terribile che mi fece entrare in piedi quando mi sedevo, ma il ristorante si era preso in fretta quando li ho mostrati e mi sono accorto che era tutto a posto. Una delle camere aveva un piatto difettoso per il bagno (non rimasi in basso, quindi non potevamo riempire il bagno) e l’acqua calda non funzionava - anche dopo averlo correto per molto tempo, non si riscaldava. In generale, ci è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel.

La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione BTS di Onnut. All'interno dell'hotel si trovano diversi grandi centri commerciali, centri massaggi, minimarket e grandi supermercati. Tutto il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e meritevole di elogi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e di notte c'è un mercato notturno. L'unico inconveniente è che prendendo un taxi si creano molti ingorghi stradali. Nel complesso l'hotel è molto confortevole, con piscina, bar e ristorante, e il prezzo è economico. È una casa adatta a famiglie di tutte le età.

The stay was excellent the hotel is well equipped the kitchen is good we enjoyed too cook for us. The pool is very nice and the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. We can only say it's was amazing

Puoi passare un giorno o due a fare shopping nel quartiere degli affari lì. Se vai al King Power Duty Free Shop, puoi anche andare lì. Sono solo 4 chilometri, non troppo lontano 4. C'è una bancarella di frutti di mare al piano di sotto. Il prezzo non è troppo alto e va bene. Tuttavia, abbiamo smesso di mangiare frutti di mare dopo averli mangiati per alcuni giorni. Le patatine fritte erano piuttosto buone. Due persone hanno mangiato per 877 baht, che va bene Guarda tu stesso. Parliamo delle carenze: 1. L'ingresso nella hall è molto grande e puzza come se fosse stato rinnovato, basta andare all'ascensore. 2. La camera è un po' piccola, ma c'è un piccolo guardaroba e un bagno abbastanza grande, alcuni bagni dell'hotel sono molto piccoli, forse la tipologia delle camere e gli spazi sono diversi. 3. Non è un condizionatore centralizzato, è agganciato e la potenza di raffreddamento non è sufficiente. Sembra che soffi vento quando è acceso a 18 gradi una notte. Fa così caldo che non sento nemmeno ho una trapunta per coprirmi. Sto ancora sudando un po' quando esce il sole al mattino. Quando mi sveglio dal caldo, regolo la temperatura a 15 gradi. Fa un po' freddo. Fa un po' più fresco, ma il l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato il giorno prima aveva l'aria condizionata centralizzata. Faceva ancora un freddo gelido quando veniva acceso a 25 gradi, quindi la corrente dell'hotel non era abbastanza forte. Non so se fosse il caso della camera 209 dove ho soggiornato o se era lo stesso ovunque. Ma sono più di 200 a notte, e il trasporto è relativamente conveniente, quindi non chiedere così tanto. Va bene, guarda tu stesso le foto.

The service of this hotel it’s exceptional ! Me and my family stayed for 4nights, the room was clean and new .breakfast provided wide variety of choices . All the staffs are well trained and polite , their hospitality service it’s beyond expectation. Especially Time , he was extremely helpful , as my mom had knee pain and was unable to go down for breakfast , he took the initiative to prepare take away breakfast for my mom, and always attentive to detail.we had a great stay and hope will come back very soon
