thank you for the great service,, staff are friendly and all welcoming...I would like to commend Apple for her service.
Thank you also to henry for helping us with our bags and luggage. They have welcome drinks and free popcorn and beverges area while your waiting for your cab or when guest arrived.

The location is not near to the local food store area, I have to walk about 7 minutes to the 7-11 at the main streets area. Hotel staffs are very friendly and their service is good. They helped to book grab car, shared good advise, lobby had complimentary drinks and popcorn. Staffs are also attentive to hotel guest and they also provides free transport to BTS station (Thong Lo) nearby. The breakfast is simple but sufficient with beverages (coffee, juices, and milk). I booked 2 rooms but wasn’t at the same floor (level 3 and 4 - room 1307 & 1411), this was something I did not expect.

Lovely place with lovely people! Picked this hotel for our december trip and really enjoyed our stay here. The room is clean and comfortably spacious, hotel amenities are great and nice. Situated near bts station and the hotel staff drives us out to the station on a tuktuk everyday! Quite near central, and surroundings are quiet at night. Hotel staff are all reaally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a bright smile and helping us with every request we have!

Impeccable service and friendly staff
However location is 5mins walk in pitch darkness at night, although the location is convenient.
The bar downstairs smell of **** all the time.

This hotel is very beautiful. The location is convenient and not far away from Thong Lo BTS Station.
We were enjoying to stay here. The staffs here is helpful and friendly.
The breakfast also nice and suitable for us.

This is our second time staying here and we were extremely impressed that the staff, even after 18months recognised us and treated us like family. It was like coming home.
This time was only a short business trip but the stay was comfortable as before and facilities are still great and conveniently close to shopping malls and embassies.

Good location, helpful staff, nice building and rooms. My second stay…unfortunately problems with the safe not working during the stay, and coffee machine not working at b’fast, and noisy crowd outside local bar from 1.30-2.30am on this visit….bit would stay again so not that bad!
