Come sempre The St. Regis si distingue nella colazione e nel personale. Ottima struttura, posizione perfetta con stazione BTS Sky train collegato al hotel.

Servizio: Il servizio maggiordomo è ottimo, il personale è molto cordiale, è possibile ordinare caffè o tè gratuiti in camera a qualsiasi ora, frutta disponibile in camera, anche il parcheggio custodito è gratuito. Sabrage con champagne gratuito alle 18:00. Colazione: 3 postazioni di cucina su ordinazione, scelte sontuose di insalata, prodotti da forno, succhi e yogurt. Servizi: Clinique di La prairie in camera Abbondanza di acqua potabile in bottiglia La piscina è come ci si aspetta da un hotel a 5 stelle Speciale: Torta e fiori sul letto per il nostro viaggio di anniversario, con un elefante in asciugamano sul lato Ottima esperienza soggiornare in questo hotel, altamente raccomandato.

Room is great as usual, the hotel smells good the moment you stepped into the lobby till you reach your room. Butler service is friendly and prompt. Only gripe is that they always walk into the room with their shoes on :( Had drinks at the L12 lounge, drinks are average. Went Zuma at ground level for dinner and drinks and both were great. Their cocktails are the best! So good that we came back the next night for drinks only. Ordered their chicken wings as snacks and it was tasteless unfortunately. Would definitely come back to Zuma for more cocktails!

Breadfast is good. Everything is good. But the house keeper suddenly go to room without notice. And we are not ready for check out at 09:30am. The house keeper put our luggage in the front door. And clean inside the room. That is very disappointed.

Amazing people and services rendered, will certainly be back. The breakfast is amazing with a variety for most international travelers.

We had a positive experience while staying in St.Regis Bangkok. From the hotel staff to the clean rooms with awesome amenities. I would recommend travellers to stay in this hotel. Thanks to all the staff. Thumbs up!

Amazing, butler service available, free coffee& tea & cookies in room everyday. Location was so amazing, close to everything.

We are delighted with the stay. Great location, walking distance to major malls and erawan shrine. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, assisted us to booked a table for dinner at Zuma. We stayed during Christmas and was served complimentary Christmas cake in room. We recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

We visited Bangkok every year at around year end to have a break and celebrate our anniversary. We find St. Regis has the best breakfast food serving, best service, good location and a swimming pool with wonderful view.

Amazing stay - you can tell the hotel is a little old but extremely well kept. The service is honestly so amazing with their famous butler service. Breakfast is a must with amazing buffet and all-you-can-have a la carte options. I also did the Muay Thai private class which I enjoyed so much! Pool is a little small but very well designed and there were some construction noise which is unavoidable in a city like Bangkok

Usually a good place to go (see previous review) but was quite taken aback by the mismanagement of the restaurant during breakfast time. Huge waiting time to get a table (up to 20mn). Hôtel allows people to fill up entire boxes with food leaving certain popular dish stations empty. If you make the mistake of showing up past 10:15 AM you’ll be in for some disappointment. All the issues are related as people have to wait longer to get their preferred dishes and therefore stay longer at their table hence waiting time outside. Also, no dressing standard (sleeveless tank tops and such). Have also noted a deterioration of the service quality at the check-in desk. In short, a bit too chaotic for me hence will stay at the Park Hyatt next time around.
