Check in and out process was fast. Request made had been met and the Front Office Manager had been responsive to my message. Overall a pleasant stay and suggested improvement would be some soft refurbishment to some room and restaurant furniture to make it look modern since existing looks tired. Also mosquitoes to room and lobby restaurant is an issue when comfort is affected bits from mosquitoes.

Cross Vibe Sukhumvit has a modern vibe and good location, but falls short in key areas. Breakfast is repetitive with limited options, the swimming pool is very small, and the onsen area has a strong urine odor in the toilets.

Happy to come back here after 7 years. I prefer a quieter location in Bangkok. It feels like home and I will definitely come back home again.

Hotel is located not far from OnNut BTS station. Pool is a bit small on roof top. Not smoker friendly. They have a small smoking area near the parking lot. No smoking at the outdoor sitting area.

I had a pleasant stay at Cross Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect, offering excellent connectivity and nearby attractions. However, upgrading amenities could make the stay even better. Overall, a worthwhile option for Bangkok stays.

Overall experience staying at Cross Vibe Hotel was great. Hotel is located near On Nut BTS station and Lotus supermarket. For sure to stay at Cross Vibe next time when I visit Bangkok.

The hotel is nearby the MRT with just 2 mins walk ,, and comes with a complimentary welcome drink at the lobby lounge and there’s a 7-11 store nearby which is quite convenient. The overall experience with this hotel is good and I might visit it again the next time if the price is good enough.

This is the first time here and I love it. The room is great, location is really good. It's just 5 min walk to BTS, Lotus,7-11. The best part is the snooker at the lobby! Just 30 baht per game. Will be back for sure ☺️

The place is very convenient. Walking distance to On Nut BTS Station, located behind LOTUSS Store, which is very convenience if you need a place to shop or eat. The hotel is behind the main street, which is quiet and peaceful. There is 2 massage parlour which is 3 min walking from the hotel and 7-11 is just next door.. Buffet breakfast serve in the morning was okay...selection wise not much changes on everyday. The pool is small and unfortunately, the ONSEN was closed during my stay. Anyway, it's highly recommended hotel if you plan to stay somewhere in the other side of Sukhumvit.

It’s a lively & convenience hotel that located nearby BTS On Nut. Lotus supermarket is next to it. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean & well maintained. I’ve no doubt to recommend this hotel to my friends & relatives
