La pulizia è buona e le camere ben tenute. Nel complesso la colazione è normale. Il personale di F&B è al di sotto della media per il servizio e la cordialità.

Avevo grandi aspettative per il marchio Somerset, ma sono un po' deluso. Le strutture sono nuove, ma le strutture come pentole e frigoriferi che di solito si trovano nelle camere sono condivise su ogni piano. È un peccato che ci siano molti altri tagli ai costi. Il prezzo unitario era economico, quindi non sono troppo insoddisfatto, ma sembra lo stesso di molti hotel di fascia media a Bangkok.

La stanza è piccola. Il soffitto è basso, possiamo sentire dalla stanza vicina. Tuttavia, il personale è buono. La stanza è pulita.

Room is nice and cozy, but so cozy you can really hear your neighbors. Initially thought I was getting a double bed but realized later it was just a single size bed, which is a bit odd. Guess the hotel does this to save on space since most other hotels don’t have a single single bed option (usually it’s two single beds or a double). Great location and convenient. I would say good value for the money, just wish the bed would be bigger.

Very pleased with our stay, quiet location yet half hourly shuttle to BTS, layout of the rooms are very functional yet very comfy. Staff are professionally trained.PS try the foot massage next to the pool. Love it

It was an amazing stay with Somerset Ekamai, it provides shuttle services from 10am-8pm to the nearest MRT Stations (Ekkamai & Thonglor) & attractions. It also provides pick up services from Ekkamai station. Nearby the hotel got 7-11 & few restaurants too. This hotel is located in a small alley where it takes about 5 minutes to the Main Street. The hotel is quite clean, but the selection of breakfast buffet is really very limited choice. Other than that, the overall experience is good. Do order some great food from food delivery Grabfood and send to the hotel as it really saves you a lot of time and effort to queue too.

Great value for money, right in the city centre. MRT is about 10 mins walk away. Hotel itself was very clean, welcoming staff and nice entrance. Room is basic and a little small, but was clean, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a hot shower, big TV and great wifi. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. Would definitely stay again

Nice comfortable 1 bed room suite at a good price of less than usd 100/ night. Always a pleasure to stay in somerset. Nice facilities and good location

This is big hotel, there are a few tower. Check in is at tower A. The people are kind and provide good Service. Room are clean.

Really love this hotel, like serviced apartment. There are lots of thing to make us easier live in. feel like a private condo but with hotel service. I will be back again for sure!!

It was quite a distance to walk from the train station at first (it took us fifteen minutes with the pram), but it was totally worth it once we entered the hotel. The friendly staff, excellent services, welcome drinks, and spacious rooms made our stay enjoyable. My little one loved running around and had a great time swimming in the pool too! You can see the view from our bedroom balcony!

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Ekkamai. The room was spacious with full amenities, including a kitchen and washing machine. Despite being in an alley, the location was cozy and within walking distance to 7-11. The hotel also offers a tuk-tuk service to the BTS station. With Grab, it was easy to visit great restaurants and bars in Ekkamai. The on-site massage shop provided excellent services. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We spent 3 nights and we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice and professional with us. A great place for families as well.
