One night I felt unwell and vomited in front of the hotel. I was alone at the time, and my friend went to the convenience store nearby to buy me some water. After vomiting, I stood there for several minutes, afraid of making it even dirtier. The hotel employees looked at me, but no one handed me a tissue or tried to help me. When my friend came back, the staff still didn't ask us if we needed help. Instead, they immediately told us that a cleaning fee of 3,000 baht would be charged! I understand that it is reasonable to charge a cleaning fee, but in a five-star hotel, the waiters don't care about the customers? If I don't have a friend with me, are they not going to care if I need help and just collect money from an unwell person?
The hygiene of this hotel is not good. When I just checked in, I found fake eyelashes on the towels provided by the hotel! And we didn’t use fake eyelashes.
In terms of location, this hotel is not convenient at all. It takes at least half an hour to go to almost all scenic spots, whether by public transportation or hailing a taxi.
Overall, I was very disappointed with their performance. This hotel is not recommended at all.
有一天晚上我不舒服,在酒店門口嘔吐。當時我自己一人,朋友去了旁邊的便利店買水給我。嘔吐後我站在原地數分鐘不敢動,怕再弄污更多地方,酒店員工看著我,沒有人遞給我紙巾或嘗試幫助我。到我朋友回來,職員仍然沒有問我們是否有需要幫助,而第一時間是告訴我們要收3000泰銖的清潔費!我明白需要收清潔費是合理的,但一間五星級酒店,服務員就不會關心顧客?若我沒有朋友陪同,他們是否不打算關心我是否需要幫助,而是直接向一個不適的人收錢嗎?
這酒店衛生也不好,剛入住時就發現在酒店提供的毛巾上發現有假眼睫毛!而我們並沒有使用假眼睫毛的。
位置來說,這酒店一點兒也不方便。差不多去所有景點,無論坐公共交通或叫車也最少要半小時以上。
總括而言,他們的表現令我十分失望。這間酒店完全不推薦人們來。沒有可取的地方。
