L'unico problema di questa proprietà sono i receptionist. Sembrano poco amichevoli e arroganti. Non hanno alcuna ospitalità né capacità di servizio. Non ti tratteranno abbastanza bene a parole, educatamente, professionalmente... se la direzione dell'hotel potesse assumere un team di reception migliore, questo hotel sarebbe stato molto più piacevole in cui soggiornare. La palestra è solo un mucchio di macchinari rotti, ogni pezzo di equipaggiamento è rotto, fuori servizio (non funzionante) e non lo riparano né trovano un sostituto. Nel complesso, vale la pena pagare per un bel soggiorno a Bangkok se riesci a tollerare il cattivo servizio.

Il personale non era attento al cliente e l'esperienza alla reception è stata piuttosto spiacevole. Mentre i tailandesi sono generalmente molto gentili, il personale della reception di questo hotel è stato breve e poco accogliente, il che è stato deludente. Nonostante sia classificato come un hotel a 4 stelle, credo che dovrebbe essere classificato solo a 3 stelle. La posizione era buona, con molte opzioni di cibo nei dintorni. La colazione non era eccezionale ma accettabile. Nel complesso, è stata un'opzione economica per un hotel a 4 stelle, ma non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Non sceglierei di soggiornare qui di nuovo, ma per un soggiorno di una notte è stato adeguato.

Comodo trasporto, camere pulite, tutto il personale è molto buono. Leggi le recensioni e ho visto che alcune persone scrivevano male e non sapevano cosa stesse succedendo. Personalmente ho prenotato 3 camere. Il personale è paziente e il servizio è molto buono. Buono, comprese guardie di sicurezza, governanti, cibo da mangiare, buoni trasporti, comodo, vicino alla fonte Sai Mu. Fonte di cibo delizioso Lo consiglio qui. Le camere non sono costose. La posizione era perfetta per me dato che avevo un volo presto, ed è stato bello stare lì dopo aver trascorso un po' di tempo nel rumoroso centro di Bangkok. La colazione era buona ma non troppe opzioni. La camera andava bene, un po' buia, non molto pulita, e l'acqua della doccia non era calda. Il quartiere è pieno di bei posti dove mangiare. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato confortevole.

Good hotel - clean and tidy. But a little away from city centre. Hard to find taxis and connectivity. Nearest MRT is 1.5kms so plan accordingly. But a good deal for the price they offer.

The room was nice and clean. So comfortable to stay with many amenities in the room. Lot of various food and convenience stores around the hotel by little walking.

The towels are smell really bad. The cleanliness is not good. But the location is great.

We stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin from 19-23Jan during our trip to explore BKK. We chose this hotel because it seemed to offer a good balance of facilities and affordability. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were polite, though not particularly warm or welcoming. One thing to note is their strict early check-in policy—you’ll need to pay an additional fee even if you’re just 10 minutes early, which caught us off guard 😅 Our room was clean and spacious for the price, with a comfortable bed and fully functioning air conditioning. That said, the bathroom felt a little dated, and the waterfall showerhead had poor water pressure, possibly due to rust buildup. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking, which were both convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fitness room on-site. It was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with basic cardio machines. While it’s not a full-fledged gym, it worked perfectly for a light workout. The location, however, is not the most convenient if you’re relying on public transportation. It’s a bit far from the nearest MRT station and central Bangkok, but taxis and Grab rides were easy to find, so getting around wasn’t a major issue. The staff were polite but maintained a very formal demeanor, which made them seem a bit reserved. Communication in English was limited, but they managed to assist with our requests efficiently. We also made a few online orders during our stay, and the staff were great at safely storing our parcels until we were able to collect them, which we really appreciated. For the price, the hotel offered decent value. It’s a practical choice for budget travelers, short stays, or even longer accommodations if you don’t mind the location. Overall, our stay at Livotel Hotel was satisfactory. It’s a solid option for budget-conscious travelers or those with plans in the nearby area. However, we wouldn’t strongly recommend it for families with children unless you have your own transport, as the walkway to the hotel can be quite dark and there are stray dogs in the area. The hotel offers breakfast, and while the selection was limited, the quality was good, and we enjoyed it! All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we’d happily consider coming back again in the future.

The room was clean and well organised. The sheets and wash room were clean. Room was large as the furniture was well placed

We've stayed here quite a few times now, usually one night when we arrive in Bangkok, then another before flying back home. Small front desk w/ two people usually, and check-ins and checkouts usually go well and w/o delay, unless busy. Breakfast is pretty basic, coffee, juice, milk, water, toast, cold fried eggs, ham slices, mini wienners that are supposed to represent sausages. They also have a couple of fruits (usually water mellon & Pinapple), and a soup, some rice, and a couple other Thai type dishes. The main thing we like about this hotel is the location. It's not far from or to the airport, and the street it's on has three 7-11's down the block, a Mini C I think, a Lotus's, five star chicken, coffee shops, and quite a few other businesses along the block (& it's not an overly busy street).

Location is not nearest to nightlife spots. Smoking is not allowed is such a disappointment as we travel to relax and enjoy, not on a pilgrimage trip.

It was a good hotel but it’s little bit far away from the city.
