Good place quiet and clean, big space room and clean only shower water very small

This hotel located inside a small alley 。 From BTS station walking to hotel about 10 minutes. From hotel walk to IconSiam about 15minutes+ . Hotel lobby decorations very nice .room is big . Room price reasonable.

I always love how pleasant and clean AIM house is. It is also budget friendly and close to the BTS STation.

I always choose here many time when I book because it’s located near BTS and icon Siam which is convenient. Overall are normal for instance the room is quite small and some equipment in the bathroom is broken Any amenities you have to request in front reception such as hair dryer Disadvantage: no parking, during 9 am. You will hear some noises from house keeper.

The room is very new, the staff is just fine, the hot shower not really hot, the hair dryer you have to ask from the counter, the room is very good and clean

The hotel was clean and cheap. The location was perfect, less than 15min away from iconsiam. The area was quiet, it had a lot of shops, restaurants and massage parlours near by. The area was safe, there was a guard outside at night. The staff were friendly, we arrived early they stored our luggage for us. They also warmed my food for me. All in all I recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a clean cheap hotel in a good area.

Great hotel for the price. Room is big enough for a couple, overall clean, no smell. The staff is very nice and friendly. Chose the hotel because it’s close to Icon Siam and has many good reviews.

Small hotel about 15 mins walk to the Iconsiam. For the price point, it was a fair hotel. A bit run down, not much facilities, but room was a decent size, even on a bigger size. For the budget travelers, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Pretty good hotel, but the wifi is only limited to 2 devices. if you need more wifi, need to ask the staff.

Great place to stay in Bangkok. Clean rooms which are cleaned daily. Quiet neighbourhood - which I prefer from the city center - but very conveniently located 10 minutes away by foot from skytrain, iconsiam mall. Also very close to the river and therefore close to ferries 20-30 minutes from city center by skytrain. Many restaurants and 7/11 nearby.

I checked in after 6 pm , plenty of time to clean for the next guest but when I was getting in the room I it was unpleasant smelling. The bedding had been used condition and smelling of someone else’s sweat. Because I was so tired I had used my own sheet which I prepared for cover the massage to cover the bed + pillow and the large towel put under the blanket, next day I asked for bedding change I could feel the difference. The reception at the first day looked grumpy but the other one was friendly and helpful. However the cleaners were friendly. One more thing the room layout was odd they put noisy refrigerator next to the bedside. Could not sleep because of it. I booked 4 nights but only stayed for 3 nights.

The location, just a 15-minute walk from Icon Siam, was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the car parking guard was exceptionally friendly, adding a welcoming touch to our arrival. However, we encountered several issues during our stay. In one of our rooms, there was an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom, which detracted from our comfort. In the other room, we discovered broken amenities at check-in, requiring us to contact the staff for not being financial responsible. There were also some inconveniences with the hotel's policies and services. We had to pay an additional 600 baht in cash deposit for two extra room cards because only one card was provided per room. This policy seemed unnecessarily restrictive and added an unexpected expense to our stay. Moreover, we had to specifically request a hair dryer, as it was not provided in the room. An unusual incident involved the cleaning staff, who insisted on cleaning the room with the "do not disturb" sign while neglecting the room without the sign, despite our preference. On a positive note, the hotel did offer a free luggage locker, which was convenient for storing our belongings after check-out.
