Great location!!! Easy to go anywhere.. Had a efficient check in and out!! Room was clean and tidy!! Spacious room with the price. Since the price is cheap so don’t expect any amenities. Overall worth for the price and comfort to stay!!

I booked a double bed on the trip booking app for a couple's vacation, and what I received when I checked in at the hotel was 2 single beds, when I contacted to change to a double bed, the hotel said no. And I asked the app to cancel and refund the money, I booked 4 nights, it said that it would only be refunded for 3 nights, but the next morning, after I booked a new hotel, they sent an email saying no refund . The hotel and the booking app were all very bad, couldn't book the right guest room, didn't refund and didn't promptly notify customers, a vacation that I spent 2 times booking a hotel. The problem is, the booking app is not clear, the hotel does not work clearly, does not notify the customer in time when the room cannot be booked as the guest wants, is refunded or not, or not immediately. have to spend 1 day, try to ask that day guests have to sleep on the sofa of the hotel to stay?

Location is very good, All others are okay except the air conditioning that drove us crazy. The air cons are split type with the outdoor units installed in the balcony. Two units, of our room and next room were mounted next to each other. The first night of my 4-night stay was acceptable because the room next to ours was not occupied and the noise from our ac outdoor unit was barely acceptable. Nigh**are started from the 2nd night 1:30 am when the next room was occupied and their ac turned on. The two operating out-door units sounded like a construction site. I made a complaint to the front desk, the service man came to our room and admitted that noise was unbearable. He recorded the noise using his mobile phone and indicated he would report to the hotel management. We were moved to a suite room with 2 a/c units, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. To our surprise, the noise generated from the two units at the balcony was even worse and much noisier than our previous room. Lucky it was a suite room, we switched off the living room a/c with the bedroom door shut, we had a good sleep from 2:30 am. At 7:30am we were however woken up by the noise of "raining" inside my room. Water was dripping from the air con cool air outlet. All the stuffs on the make-up desk right below the air outlet were wet, all those ladies' precious items, e.g. skin care lotion, sunblock, cotton puffs, were soaked all wet. My trip was ruined from that point onward. Complained again, the service man came and fixed the clogged condensate drain and the following nights were physically fine. But psychologically we were totally hurt, from that point onward, we woke up from time to time the following nights to check for dripping condensate from the cool air outlet .. It was a really bad experience with a sequence of encounters of air con issues in a hotel, that was my 1st encounter in my past 30 years travel ... My wife swore she would never ever come to this hotel again...

Hotel location was great and convenient. Breakfast is good too. Just that daily repeating menu. Bad smell when back to hotel before on the air-con. Swimming pool was dark and seems no light at night.

Good location, next to Chong Nonsi BTS station. Come with breakfast at very competitively low price. Though some short-comings, what would you expect at such low room rates?
