Booked the King Room but they did not allocate me to the king room but the allocated me to the standard room I didn't complain at first as it was no problem to me there's just obvious price difference. I wanted to extend my stay and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful however they do work with a third party booking agent which is not very helpful. I want to remind everyone that books with this hotel that if there is an error on your booking or any problem you will have some issues to face and it won't be very simple to rectify Apart from receiving the incorrect room the fridge also didn't work. But I have to say it is an excellent hotel it is very comfortable and very nearly renovated it has a lovely swimming pool where you can relax and very close to shops and a few small little temples to view transport is also easy accessible and the hotel is on a small narrow road. Did you get refreshments like coffee a kettle cups and glasses you also get shampoo and body wash together with hand wash which I might add is of good quality. Us woman always have to worry about our hair and the shampoo they provide is kind on your hair unlike other hotels I would definitely book here again just make sure you don't have any errors on your booking or you will face hours and hours of waiting to resolve it

This is our second time staying here, but it seems like the hotel is not fully ready for reopening—there’s still ongoing maintenance. Our first visit was good, which is why we came back, but this time, we are quite disappointed. First, the check-in experience was unpleasant. The staff member who assisted us was not very friendly and rejected our request, even though another staff member had already said it was okay. Then, the room she assigned to us had issues with the keycards—we couldn’t use them and had to wait for a technician to fix the problem. On our second night, we had the same keycard issue again and had to go to the reception to get it fixed. Also, the toilet had a very strong, unpleasant smell throughout our entire stay. Overall, this stay was quite disappointing.

3rd extension of stay …. Feel great and will definitely come back again ! Great value for money !

The room is really clean and the air conditioner Is working well ,and there is a usb chargers For charge serve free tea and chocholate The location is a bit far from the bts it’s Not in the city of Bangkok
