Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dal miglioramento del servizio al banco della reception. Anche se ci piace l'ampio parcheggio con un bell'albero, ma evitavamo di venire in questo hotel perché la reception era piuttosto altezzosa e fredda... ma questa volta la nuova signora è stata molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile

E' normale, come si vede dalla foto, ci sono camere, bidello e servizi generali dell'albergo.

The service here was top of the line, best I had in Thailand hotels. Very helpful and accommodating, cleaning staff came daily to clean and give me water. Located in the city and has a gym to work out, nice amount of storage, but the room itself was a bit small. Good for a solo traveler but not a family.

The room was clean and spacious. The staffs are very accommodating. The location was superb for us. We will surely book this hotel again next time.

What I really liked about this place was that it was simple. If you need something just for a few days, I’d recommend it. The manager was very friendly and her English was really good. The amenities were good, I didn’t utilize everything though. From the hotel, it’s easy to get around if you call a motorbike, and most places are close enough to get to. Definitely would stay here again.

This is more like a serviced apartment than hotel. Don't expect room facilities beyond basic - the room has fridge, TV and it's pretty much all (no tea-coffee, no restaurant in the building, laundry is self-service). Also, the apartment a bit far from the places like 7-11, pharmacies, etc, which is hard with small child. However, the hotel staff is extra helpful, and it balances any minor disappointments. I'd like to thank hotel manager Ms.Ellie, and cleaning ladies who was patient with our small child. If I'd like to stay in Bangkok one month or more, this is my obvious choice.

在曼谷每天550泰銖一夜也算是可以的了，建築物確實是公寓，房間也還可以。但對旅遊者卻十分不合適。這裏長住的人較多，而且很多是有車的。地段絕對不適合旅遊者。 在國內挑這公寓時，由於不能用谷歌地圖，衹能看百度地圖。百度上顯示離這公寓最近的地鐵站是蘭甘亭地鐵站，步行1.9公里。可到曼谷看谷歌地圖步行2.5公里。而且蘭甘亭不是地鐵站，是素萬那普機場快線站。到天鐵要兜一個大圈子。蘭甘亭到公寓一路上偏僻，從馬路到公寓要走850米小巷子。從公寓到最近的天鐵站3.3公里。馬路上有公交車，可短期的旅遊者有能力乘公交車嗎？至於出租車都是不打表的。摩託車亂開價，也不安全。馬路上有雙條車，可誰知道它開到哪裡的。反正住這個公寓，每天外出就靠兩個腿，走不動的就免談吧。 找這個公寓還不容易，雖説有谷歌地圖，但華為手機用谷歌地圖到了附近就沒方向了，聽説蘋果手機精準些。小巷子裏還沒什麼人。好不容易找到素坤逸71公寓，一問還不是的。再往裡找，看見一個保安，問了他，説就是這裏。但大門口根本沒有素坤逸71的標識。進了院子還得找總枱，兜了一圈，還是回到大門口，看見門房間處有個辦公室，進去一問，説這就是總枱。哎呀，太難了。 公寓不比酒店，對旅遊者的接待不專業。找到我的訂單後讓我現付。我告訴她，我已付了款，拿出攜程的確認單也沒用。於是緊急打電話給攜程。過了15分鐘，總枱説可以了，也沒有任何説明，更不要説歉意了。衹知道收300泰銖再給鑰匙。 退房時又有問題了，又讓我等了15分鐘，也沒有任何説明。在泰國住的幾個酒店，每個都説按金是鑰匙的按金，而且退房時一手交鑰匙，一手還按金。唯獨這個公寓，難不成他們要派人去房間裏查房不成？這也太老式了吧。 添加大門口的招牌，看看到公寓門口，能判定這是素坤逸71號公寓嗎？

非常適合 非常非常好，很乾淨，家庭也可以住宿，情侶也可以住宿
