Actually they have only small rooms of 15 m2 max - there is a small kitchen on each floor where the fridge is and one separate living room on each floor for everybody's use. I found a big cockroach in my room, so make sure to zip all your belongings if you don't want to have uninvited travellers in your suitcase. As others mentioned the bed is extremely "soft", was not good for my spine. It is also quite narrow - good for two slim people only. The building itself is hidden behind another similar building so you don't see it from the street, the place Trip.com shows on the map is correct - you can follow that. In my room there was a small wardrobe where you can hang clothes.
