Food quality not good. Dinner charges very very high with respect to food served. High charges writ tgi grand fortuna hosur. Improve quality. Next time it will be difficult to stay there.

Good location for business….but not for social. Hotel is 2 star at most….needs renovation desperately. Plus room keys need to be re-programmed daily! Buffet food in restaurant is great. Swimming pool is only 4’ deep….so for kids only. Gym poor….broken machines and limited equipment.

My stay was for 3nights and found the property is fantastic in terms of rooms, cleanliness and food quality. Complete staff was very helpful and polite. I recommend this property for all, whoever will be visiting.

Front desk manager doesn't understand what being courteous is, forget serving and going above and beyond for customer. Bollywood lounge in the hotel had pastries but nobody was there to bill it, when asked in the gift shop we were redirected to the restaurant and they said the lounge cafe is closed now and they cant sell it. Car wash help was refused even on payment basis. Please do not recommend this hotel and you can check my google review too.

All good, except ac was not giving good cooling. So we didn’t sleep well that night. Food and everything was good only. I ll give 3/5
