Great place to stay before flight

This hotel is very convenient for traveler who wants to stay near airport and it is very clean and modern, staff are very friendly and helpful , well as lots of local restaurants and other small shops nearby is highly recommended,

Solid, very nearby to the airport, this is a great environment to stay.

I know, I am a bit over-dramatizing but I could not resist the title :) First the Dr. Jekyll part: When I arrived after many hours of travel last night, the hotel did not have any record of a reservation for me. It turned out my travel agency had messed up and reserved a room in a different Bloom location. Very annoying, but the desk agent at the hotel was not only very friendly but also very competent. He managed to transfer the reservation by going through corporate. He spent a considerable amount of time on it, always with a smile EASILY worth 5-stars, if not more! Their dinner buffet was still open. I quickly dropped my stuff in the room and came down. Dinner was very good (great ice cream!). They only had refilled filtered water which makes a lot of sense because everybody else was Indian but I wanted to be extra careful, so I bought a sealed bottle (could have taken one from my room but did not want to go up to the fifthsfloor for the 60 rupees they told me the water costs). Very nice room in the comfortable and very clean hotel! Good wifi, too. So far so excellent. Enter Mr Hyde from left stage :) At checkout, they said I have a food bill. Indeed I did, for one buffet (500.-) and one bottle of water (60.-), plus tax. Well, it turned the water bill was actually IR 191.- and something! I told him I had one bottle and was told 60.- but they produced a cash register receipt with my room number and name on it for this fantasy amount. The desk agent had by now brought a lady from the restaurant and they started to discuss with each other what might have happened (I guess that's that they did; they spoke Kannada which I sure don't) and had me sit there like a shlock. My car was waiting outside and after 2 or 3 times telling me to be patient I told them that I had had it. I have been overcharged by much more than the equivalent of about a dollar but it was outright insulting that they thought I would lie to them to cheat them out of a buck. They got the message and I paid my 560.- for dinner and water and left. This is really too bad. I was very much looking forward to give them a RESOUNDING 5-star review. Oh well

Clean hotel near Bengaluru airport. Staff were very courteous and helpful even though we arrived in the middle of the night, and allowed us a late check-out. Restaurant was tasty. Very convenient for a quick stay when traveling. Thank you!
