From booking to checkin the process was smooth and organised. Even the stay was comfortable, staff always made sure of it by supporting in the additional requirements. The rooms were well maintained and clean. One minor problem is that the breakfast is not a buffet spread but quantity wise it was good enough for one person to start a tiresomeday. Taste and packaging was also decent as it was a packed brekfast.

This is a basic hotel well located on Magrath Road, a short walk from Residency Road and MG Road. G***da Mall is also right next to it. The Olive Magrath is a small hotel not to be confused with the Grand Magrath which is a few steps away, and is a pricier and I suppose better hotel. I stayed for two nights, and like I said, the experience was not bad, it wasn’t great…just basic. The room was just about adequate for one person with a double bed, a small table and chair, and a closet. The attached bathroom was of moderate size. Everything was, well, basic. It was air conditioned and clean…not much else to say. Breakfast was included in my rate, and again it was very basic with a minimal selection of items. Overall, I would recommend it for a short stay for a budget conscious solo traveler who would like to be in a good location and wouldn’t mind the lack of amenities.

Una parola “Amazing”!
Ho soggiornato in cinque stelle in tutto il mondo, ma Ritz Carlton in Bangalore ha superato le mie aspettative! Il servizio è così buono, si prendono davvero cura dei loro ospiti. Io viaggiai solo e il loro personale come Aishwarya, il giovane uomo in piedi al concierge, tutto il personale e il cuoco del ristorante del colazione erano così bello e accogliente. Il loro staff Aishwarya e la loro squadra sono andati sopra e oltre, e mi hanno comprato un costume da bagno, perché hanno saputo che ho dimenticato di portare il mio! La spa e la piscina sono sogni! Amore mio soggiorno qui!

We stayed for 7 nights at the VP recently. It's in Yelahanka New Town, 20 minutes from the airport but away from the city. It's in a residential area away from the noisy main road. The bed and bathrooms are spacious and clean. However, some rooms face a new adjacent building with absolutely no view at all; these can get claustrophobic. We had no such problems. The restaurant was small but the service was acceptable. The breakfast buffet had a fair variety and was OK. One major problem we faced was the total lack of hot water for bath. Fed up with our complaints, the staff supplied hot water in buckets. There is only one small lift available to the guests. If you are prepared to walk for 5-10 minutes, you will find numerous restaurants and shops. The reception desk staff, including Mr Murali, Ms Meena and Ms Poornima from the restaurant were exceptionally helpful. In summary, it's a decent 3 star hotel in the suburbs of Bangalore in a quiet neighborhood.

CChrissy GWould definitely highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. The location next to the mall is perfect with ample shopping and lots of food shops to try. The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The hotel is also equipped with day spa which is the perfect end to your holiday. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. Keep the great level of service up would definitely book again if visiting India again

One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

Ci siamo tanto soddisfatti di come la nostra camera sembrava pulita e pulita, soprattutto il bagno che era grande e pulito. Le camere erano confortevoli e potevamo dormire una buona notte con grande comfort.Il servizio è eccellente e la mattina il colazione servito è molto delizioso e sorprendente. I miei figli che sono piccoli commercianti di caramelle mangiavano bene e godevano la mattina. In generale, questo hotel è molto bello, grande con personale sorprendente e mi sembra che questo posto sia un furto per il suo prezzo. Certamente guardo con ansia di rimanere qui per il mio prossimo soggiorno.
