I am a regular customer here and I always have a very good experience. All the staffs I have interacted with are very warm and welcoming. Romjan Hussain is one of the staffs working there and he treats customer in a very well mannered way and also takes care of all the orders and requests given.

The silver lining of this hotel experience was Romjan! I stayed for two nights and was able to see how “present” he was at work. Even during crowded breakfast hours I noticed he was able to notice from far that a guest needed something. He ability to greet, smile and create a personal connect with me made my stay better than I had anticipated. He knows customer delight and offer it generously! Kudos to him!

Overall Good Cleanliness : 4 Food is delicious: 5 Maintanence and ambience : 4 Service : 5 Romjan Hussain was very helpful with great service and good manners. Only one suggestion will be, kindly upgrade the televisions to smart, my long stays were boring

Impressed with the dinning services at ginger whitefield, bangalore. It was my fasting day when I stayed in this hotel and the special attention I got even for the complementary breakfast by Romjan Hussain is worth mentioning. Thank you..

I had an overall comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring that everything was in order and kept the room tidy throughout my stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. Breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, making sure the area was kept clean and well-stocked. It was a great way to start the day. I also want to give a special shoutout to Puja, the receptionist. She was warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. She made check-in and check-out seamless and was always available to answer any questions I had with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Great hospitality, specially Romjan and team, who made sure that my stay was comfortable. The staff is accomodating and attentive, polite. Recomend the place! The buffet served in the morning has a lot of options. Very close to the Metro and bus stop, has a small gym.

The stay in Ginger Whitefield was good and the staffs are very polite and helpful especially Romjan hussain, food was tasty and is situated near the metro station ( Kundalahalli) make it a ideal stay for your business and family trip to Bangalore.

I had a fantastic experience at Ginger restaurant .Our waiter, Romjan Hussain, was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. The food was outstanding.The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Romjan excellent service made the evening even more special. Highly recommend this spot, and be sure to ask for Romjan Hussain!
