Gave very shady room and when asked to change room they don't have same category room as well as they don't have immediately High category so they asked me to pay extra fees which was almost 3 times higher which was paid

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

Siamo stati ospitati come dei Marajah. Hotel curatissimo, personale gentilissimo. Consiglio vivamente il ristorante tradizionale indiano. Hanno un ottimo vino rosé frizzante, lo Chadon, che vale la pena provare. Un’oasi di pace in Bengalore. Ottimo anche il breakfast. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.

bellissimo hotel e parco, anche i ristoranti interni valgono la pena, facile da raggiungere il centro commerciale in 10 minuti con Uber, anche il business center ben organizzato, ideale per meeting d’affari da unire a qualche giorno di vacanza

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde con una storia slle spalle molto interessante che viene ben spoegata con una visita guidata gratuita titti i pomeriggi alle 17. Ben curato il parco, camere pulitissime e la migliore colazione fatta in India

Great Breakfast. We stopped at Taj to have sundays breakfast we loved the warm hospitality by Mr.Prakash Babu and the food taste was 10 on 10. The ambience was amazing and we would agin like to visit. We recommend breakfast and lunch specially during weekends

The hospitality was amazing, specially Kirpa Ma’am made stay wonderful. We felt as if we were in our home. The restaurants breakfast, all other staff will really helpful and attentive. The best part of the property was that it was a pet friendly property and today in this concrete world, we were staying in lush green resort. The Manjunath Temple in the property is a blessing and the housekeeping manager, Kripa Ma’ am, helped us with the basics of basics, so that our stay stays comfortable.

This was our final night in India and the Taj West End was the best. From the warm welcome at reception to dinner in the restaurant and the large, very comfortable room - everything was just perfect. Unfortunately, we had to check out very early to get to the airport so couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, we were provided with a generous takeaway breakfast that we could eat at leisure at the airport. On our return home, we received an email about a shirt we had left behind ; this was promptly sent on to us. All in all a 5 * hotel with 5 * staff!

Taj West end - the perfect stay luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, food quality is excellent and special thanks to restaurant service staff specially R.Mohan and Venkatesh.

Had an amazing breakfast. Staffs were incredibly attentive and went above and beyound to ensure a comfortable experience. Big thanks to Saravanan and Venkatesh. Also thanks to the lady at the counter ( couldn’t ask her name) who was considerate towards me and helped us with the seats Thank you for your warm hospitality.
