It was an incredible experience staying in such a well-located place. The convenience and accessibility made everything so much easier, allowing me to truly enjoy and make the most of my time. Being in such a prime location added a special touch to the overall experience, making it not only comfortable but also unforgettable.

Stay was good.. very nice to stay for quick checkout and checkin Specially when you are travelling for meetings and like to stay at good places at the same time..

Reached the hotel and checked in at 1:30am. The room allocated to me had a strong stench of nicotine and cigarette smoke. I got an asthma attack and at 3:30am I asked for another room and was given one. That room was better than the previous one but still had the cigarette smoke smell - so much for non-smoking rooms. Compared to other holiday inn, this one is way too small. If you have 2 pieces of luggage, you’ll have to jump through them when you move across the small space. Apart from this, let me list a few of my observations and experiences: Positives: - This place is good for those travelling and working close by who would just come to the room for a nights sleep and who smoke - The guy at the breakfast place is quite attentive and makes sure he attends to the guests - If you’re running short of shampoos or towels, a call is all it takes for them to arrive at the room Areas of development: - Not a spot for non business travellers - Rooms are small and stinks of smoke - White towels are now turned to brown - At breakfast, the sausages and omelette were cold - Despite the late check in, you can’t check out late without paying a charge Overall the experience was bad with me leaving the place with breathing trouble after 5 days. Skipped breakfast for 3 days due to cold food. Finally, not looking for a generic response with a copy past template from the hotel management.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient". "The rooms were quite complex but comfortable. The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay I particularly appreciated Mr. Kamath who understands personally the situations of the guest and provided early check in really appreciated Mr. Anand the Front Office Manager taking care of my minutes things. Rest all staffs of all the departments are well trained and behaved Pranjal - Nivetha - Sanjeeta from Food department Night shift boy Guneeth - Namrata - Joseph - Divya and last but not the least Mr. Sudheer the Duty manager there Definitely recommend and willing to stay again in future if I visit Bangalore Thankyou so much to all for making us feel homey.

The team was great. Especially joseph and varsha were so good and had a great hospitality. Good experience! I had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to all major attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing.

Was good to stay in hotel. Room was good. Staff was good. And a good beakfast. Well in resume everything was very good. I promise you to br here again in your hotel was very nice to stay here. Be blessed everyone. I had visited good place to attend meeting. I have a good attendance, especial Ladies like VARSHA and DIVYA, They are very kindly.

I have visited there in December. They have non professional staff, they even don't know when and how to treat a guest. Their staff entered in room using master key even it would be occupied or not. Also I have faced horrible experience in restaurant. My booking was in hotel from 2 December to 6 December and I have done lunch and dinner in outside restaurant.

Great stay, had a pleasant experience and nice ambience, nearby location for our company as well, so finally this was a good experience..the service is great, staffs are very friendly..morning breakfast is good, had varieties in terms of choices..Thanks

Staffs are very polite and helpful great hotel good brand like to visit again special thanks to Joseph and Namrata all reception Staffs aswell and rooms are very clean and neat only think room size very small resturant food menu need more variety required.

Very good property, service and specially delicious food . Especial Thanks to Joseph who helped me a lot during my check in and stay. Gym is also very nice, centrally located property and near to 3 malls. Check in and check out was too fast Looking forward to stay again.
