Extremely Disappointing Wedding Experience Words can’t express my profound disappointment with this wedding resort where my sister-in-law recently got married. Our experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted the celebration, leaving a very bad taste for entire confident group. The manager, Yatish, proved to be one of the most non-cooperative and unhelpful individuals I've encountered in over 20 years interacting with the service industry. His lack of support was a major letdown throughout the event. Furthermore, we encountered unsatisfactory hygiene conditions in some of the washrooms, which is unacceptable for a venue hosting such important occasions. Despite our requests for basic necessities such as extra water bottles, the staff was uncooperative and refused to provide the any support. We only received one reply : We are a wedding resort and don’t provide these things. “These” things can be anything a regular wedding party might require, like water on hot afternoon!! What kind of wedding resort provides only 2 500ml water bottles for an entire day of festivities?? FYI they don’t provide any tea or coffee as well. We stayed here for 4 days and had to order tea from Swiggy ! Communication was another major problem. Our calls from the reception went unanswered, leading to frustration and stress during the celebration. Even the basic task of getting hot water in rooms was a challenge. We were told “you have to tell us to turn the geysers on”. What kind of wedding resort is this where we need to call and tell them that people need to take bath in the month of December and might require hot water !!! Overall, our experience at this wedding resort was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share these concerns to alert others considering this venue for their special events. My recommendation: Avoid.
