Room was terrible no hygiene and no proper maintenance. Didn't even received mineral water. Nothing like the photos on website. Bedsheets and towels were torn and needed to be cleaned.

Very good service but rooms need a little fixing as the handle to the bathroom in our room wasn't functioning properly

The property is pretty good and provided a good service-and amenities as mentioned did not face any issue at any point of time a good place for personal stay and small trips
the furniture is good but in my room the chair was damaged i feel it's a good hotel for small trips or personal trips.

Manager kiran was very kind and helpful. Staff is also very good. Hotel is clean and tidy. Food was very good

That hotel guy are cheating with customer, they cancel my booking in end movement after funding all amount, this also responsibility of make my trip after two days you are asking for review, what are your system, i need my amount return, i had also booked with insurance, clailm that one give my amount back

The reception desk is very cordial and friendly. The service was quick and neat. The room is neat with 24hrs hot water, kettle and iron box on request. Only the toilet requires some more neatness. In general, the stay is comfortable.

Hotel do not have good services like breakfast has limited option, you need to select any one available option they brought it from out side in some carry bag and to eat this breakfast there is no proper arrangement for utensils. Better carry your own plated and bowls. You can not order anything in hotel like tea or food after 9:00 pm because there is no in house facility. If it is available in day time you need to pay cash in advance only they provide you services. No complementary water bottle in room. No tissues. No channel on tv, only they activate channel you want to see.

Average rating is given. Stay is not worth for the given amount. Cleanliness is not present. There is a need for new furniture in every room. Ac functionality is not even in all rooms. The amount they charge for is not worth for the allocated rooms

Service was good but the condition of room was not up to the mark. Ac was not working fan was not working even the washroom was very dirty
