Hotel a Bang Sao Thong District, Tailandia

La posizione è eccellente. Non lontano da Mega Bangna. Il personale di check-in è utile. La stanza non è grande ma accogliente. La vista sulla piscina è eccellente. La cena a Karaked è magnifica. Il set di salad Prawn speciale 299 è super valore. Il design della piscina è eccezionale con molte funzioni ben miscelate. Grande per un lungo fine settimana.

I will be totally honest here. My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows. If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great. The issues: Huge teething issues No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible. Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible. No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot. I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel. So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour. To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness. So all the rest you can live with it's OK. The last part on check out for me was u real. This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation. So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English

We were moved from the heritage hotel for ASQ to this hotel, no explanation or reasons given. This hotel is okay, the food is alright, but the WiFi?? The worst WiFi in the world! No exaggeration, having to spend my ASQ here with this WiFi is torture :(. I’m unable to do any work or even enjoy my free time keeping busy, because the WiFi is absolutely terrible, they need to do something about it.

L'hotel è pulito e pulito, il piccolo fratello del servizio è molto entusiasta e attento. Il colazione è in linea con il gusto della popolazione cinese. Questa esperienza è molto buona. Non è lontano dall'aeroporto. La prossima volta avrai la possibilità di vivere qui! Molto raccomandato

Einfaches Hotel. Zimmer: grosses Zimmer. Die Beleuchtung ist nicht optimal. Leselampen neben dem Bett gibt es nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut kann aber gut reguliert werden. Es hat einen Wasserkocher aber weder Kaffee noch Tee im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Balkon kann wegen dem Taubendreck nicht wirklich benutzt werden. Zudem ist der Strassenlärm sehr unangenehm. Allgemein: das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Laden in welchem man vom Knapperzeug über Bier bis Tiefkühlkost so ziemlich alles bekommt. Frühstück wurde keines angeboten. Swimmingpool: sehr klein und nicht wirklich einladend. Umgebung: laut und schmutzig. Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es einen mittelgrossen Markt mit diversen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und zumLebensmittel einkaufen. Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für eine oder zwei Nächte ist das Hotel in Ordnung.
