Mi sono costretto a rimanere vicino all'aeroporto di Bangkok per sottopormi ad un altro test PCR Covid in un ospedale vicino e sono stato mandato all'hotel Mansion Rafael per passare la notte e per ricevere i risultati del test, Il direttore dell'hotel ha contattato l'ospedale più volte - e mi ha anche condotto all'aeroporto internazionale - per assicurarmi che non mi ritardasse. Il buon colazione servito nel giardino delizioso e l'incredibile cura personale del mio benessere mi hanno già colpito.

Room is big and clean. Good location to stay at especially if you are having early departure flight. Variety of breakfast can be improved though. Will stay again if having early departure.

I’ve stayed here several times but this is off to a bad start. I was told that if I wanted to check in early , I’d have to pay an additional 80 baht. I’ve never had a problem before but it seems the male desk clerk has a side hustle. Honestly, it’s not a problem paying extra to check in early but I’ve never had to do it before. Always greeted by polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately , I booked through Orbitz , otherwise I’d cancel but there’s a no refund policy. Here in Thailand , you can’t leave a bad review or you can be charged with slander / libel. Just the facts. I’ll be staying at another hotel next time. Up to you.

This is a basic overnight hotel which is very conveniently located to the airport (10-15 minute drive). If you are arriving and need the hotel shuttle, go to the second floor and wait by Gate 4 (the entrance way, to the right of the door). There are lots of signs for hotels and you should spot the name of this one (or ask). The cost is 120 baht each way and available 24-hours. If you are after an affordable overnight hotel with a paid shuttle service, this is definitely an option. The small hotel restaurant had some decent dishes and the staff were nice and friendly.
