I couldn’t believe that on Christmas Day I was treated to such a wonderful stop over!! The whole place was like fairy land and the food out of this world. The icing on the cake for me was the gluten-free corner… Beautiful bread cakes and goodies. Thank you for making the end of my holiday so special. This was my Christmas dinner

This is a basic overnight hotel which is very conveniently located to the airport (10-15 minute drive). If you are arriving and need the hotel shuttle, go to the second floor and wait by Gate 4 (the entrance way, to the right of the door). There are lots of signs for hotels and you should spot the name of this one (or ask). The cost is 120 baht each way and available 24-hours. If you are after an affordable overnight hotel with a paid shuttle service, this is definitely an option. The small hotel restaurant had some decent dishes and the staff were nice and friendly.

Sometimes the service alone can make an accommodation worth a 5-star rating. This was the case with the O2 Luxury Hotel. I arrived to the property and was greeted kindly by the staff. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I could feel their smiles. I was happy to be assisted with my luggage and check-in was very prompt. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping and massages less than a minute away. The highlights of my stay were Coco, the amazing concierge (you might as well call him the Google of “All Things Thailand”) and all of the front desk staff. I was especially impressed they were able to book a dinner cruise for me when the majority of the reservations were closed. If you care about your interactions with the staff, chose to stay at O2 Luxury!

It was spacious. Built by amateur builders because of the tile caulking and doors were were laughable. The pillows are not soft to say the least. The shower head is not in the middle of the wall. The taxi booking which is paid upfront will cost you double of what the meter in the taxi will charge. However, it is spacious and was quiet and served a purpose for a low cost room. The street restaurant next door is convenient but expensive however good food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel before my day-long-haul flight back to Australia. The room was spacious and I recommend booking a room with the airport view - this was a huge plus! I sat and watched the planes, being an av geek as I am. The room was large with separate areas for the bed and the dining area and had a nice bathroom. I didn't like the shower over the bath though - just a minor thing...at my age, I could slip getting in and out of the thing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The foyer area was magnificent! I loved the grand piano and the music provided during dinner - there was no need to go outside the hotel for drinks or food. I will sure stay there on my next trip to Thailand and avoid the chaos of Bangkok for a few nice peaceful days!

La seconda volta in questo hotel. La prima volta che ho avuto una vera cattiva esperienza e un grande problema con il nostro condizionamento e dovevo andare tardi a notte per il vicino Méridien. Volevo darle un secondo tentativo.Questa volta ho avuto una grande esperienza. La mia esperienza è stata meravigliosa con la navetta aeroportuale. L'iscrizione era bello. L'appartamento era molto grande, avevo una camera da letto due per me. Ognuno aveva il proprio bagno con doccia. La camera da letto principale aveva un enorme bagno con doccia e bagno. Aveva un Jacuzzi sul balcone, ma l'acqua era molto lenta, così potevo riempire solo metà del tubo perché era troppo lungo, ma la vista era bella da lì, e era molto tranquilla.Questa volta l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. C'è anche un'area cucina con caffè, macchina e caldaia . E naturalmente c'è un'area di vita. Devo dire che questa volta ho avuto un buon soggiorno e che mi fa piacere tornare .

La stanza è grande e pulita. Buona posizione per soggiornare in particolare se si dispone di un volo di partenza precoce. Tuttavia, la varietà di colazione può essere migliorata. Rimarrà se si dispone di una partenza precoce.

Non restate qui, imploro tutti i miei colleghi viaggiatori! È imperativo che ascolti il mio consiglio o soffri le stesse conseguenze! Questo è in realtà un tipico appartamento locale tailandese trasformato in un cosiddetto “Hotel” per i turisti insopportabili. Pertanto, è completamente vuoto di qualsiasi servizio di ospite. Puoi ordinare servizio in camera dal loro ristorante e il personale disgustoso ti dirà di andare a prendere il cibo dal ristorante e portarlo a casa o di mangiare nel ristorante con le spese di servizio aggiuntive! Perche' lei è troppo lapidata per fornire servizio in camera. La custodia non è disponibile ogni giorno e dimentica di chiamare loro a pulire la gomma nella tua stanza perché non si svegliano! Ho prenotato con Agoda e il prezzo era 531 baht, ma hanno insistito che io debba pagare il 690 baht! Quando ho rifiutato, il manager a tempo parziale dalla Malaysia che sta anche soggiornando all'hotel comporta come un Thug. Ha chiesto l'aiuto di tre guardie di sicurezza per minacciare e intimidire me anche quando non ho fatto nulla, ma ha insistito per una spiegazione da parte loro sulla doppia standard di prezzo per i locali di 500 baht e per i turisti di 690 baht! ? Tutte queste terribili atteggiamenti di servizio da parte del personale sono la riflessione di questo non professionale manager a tempo parziale, che è anche un nemico a due facce. Prima di tutto, disse che mi avrebbe fatto tornare al prezzo, ma il momento successivo aveva tre guardie di sicurezza che mi hanno chiamato, e poi è scomparso come un codardo. Ho dovuto lasciare il posto immediatamente per paura della mia sicurezza da uno dei miei pericoli di danno corporeo, che mi hanno rifiutato di chiamare la polizia, ma invece hanno preso la decisione di trattarmi con la mano! Ho lasciato in un furore quando hanno buttato i miei bagagli fuori dall'hotel! Questa atteggiamento obsessivo nei confronti degli ospiti dell'hotel che si rifiutano di accogliere le loro richieste. Sembra che gli ospiti debbano calmarli e non viceversa. Camera 602 Eric.

Questo hotel si trova nella contea di Bang Po, in Tailandia. Nelle vicinanze c'è un punto panoramico chiamato River Market. Ci sono due templi su entrambi i lati del fiume Yan. Nelle vicinanze ci sono mercati notturni, centri commerciali e saune. L'hotel è abbastanza buono a questo prezzo.
