酒店提供好的設計施 離商埸少少遠 房間整潔 不會太細間 清潔明亮 職員也非常友善 班夫是值得來旅遊的好地方！！！

This hotel is in a great location right off the main road in Banff close to shops and restaurants. They offer free underground parking for guests which was an added bonus. Our room was a regular room with two queen beds. It was very spacious and had all the amenities you would need! The beds were comfortable only thing is the pillows were small and there was a lot of them. would have preferred two queen size pillows but not a big issue. Bathroom was really nice and shower was big. Had a little sitting area as well. Only thing I would recommend is adding more pictures to the room as it was quite bland and a bigger TV. For the size of the room the TV was was very small. Staff were very friendly at check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great hotel, we were here for a midweek stay right after a long weekend and parking and the hot tub were very quiet. The pizza place onsite has great pizza! Our only complaint was the beds were very hard.

The hot tub area is really nice. Also had a sauna and steam room. Underground secure parking is nice. The room is pretty bare bones though. Bed a litttle lumpy, heater is loud, bathroom quite small.

Very accomodating and friendly staffs. Room is clean. We enjoyed the sauna the most! Our family had a wonderful stay!

The hotel itself is really nice and the rooms are super clean. Unfortunately the beds were super firm with not much padding which made them uncomfortable.

Came out to ski and stayed 2 nights. The hotel was convenient, good value and clean. Best of all the General Manager Daniel was very helpful and when we did have a fairly large issue with losing something he made it good with us which was appreciated.
