UUtente ospiteWe stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside.
All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻
The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets.
It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk.
A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future.

LLailyi had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from.

UUtente anonimoAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole come famiglia. I servizi erano eccellenti, tutti erano amici e accoglienti alle nostre richieste. La posizione è molto strategica, poiché l'hotel è situato nel cuore di Dago con molti ristoranti/supposti/caffè famosi vicino. La camera, la palestra e le strutture erano pulite e dotate di buone strutture. Una varietà di cibo è stata fornita al colazione. L'unico punto di svolta che ho vissuto è l'acqua di piscina che non era molto pulita.

EElsaWe booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel.

PPassenger 57I've had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hay Hotel Bandung not once, but twice! 😊 And let me tell you, both times were just amazing! 🤩 The staff? Super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the room service team and the restaurant crew 👏. They really made me feel at home 🏠. I also loved the vibe of the hotel - it's like a fusion of art, comfort, and chill 🎨. And, bonus! 🎁 There are some awesome on-site vendors selling unique goodies 🛍️. I picked up this gorgeous laptop bag that I'm still obsessing over 💻. Plus, the hotel's location is perfect 📍. Step outside and you're surrounded by tons of delicious eateries and shopping spots 🍴🛍️. All in all, Hay Hotel Bandung has stolen my heart ❤️. Can't wait to come back and experience it all again! 🙌 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
